I HOW TO MAKE RICOTTA CHEESE I DID YOU KNOW? I VERY QUICK RECIPE I

Today I am showing you how to make Ricotta Cheese. Did you know it was so easy to make??? I had planned to use it for this lasagna recipes:

By the time the cheese was ready, which was 15 minutes later, I had other ideas. So then I had to make a second batch of Ricotta. There are so many things you can do with ricotta guys!!!
I used 2,5 litres of milk and a quarter cup lemon juice, you can add a pinch of salt to yours to flavour the cheese. I left it out of mine this time.
