Broke my lever getting into my truck and couldn't imagine how much money it would've cost me this video allowed me to change it flawlessly

I would not have tried replacing the headlight switch on my 2007 Tundra.....but after watching this video and noting a lot of similarities, I ordered the part and saved myself a lot of cost by installing myself. Only a few differences.....but all were figured out. Thanks again, it was a lot of help! One additional suggestion would be to move the seat back before you disconnect the battery..........

Great video. Saved my beacon while traveling and didn’t have several days to wait for a shop to be able to an opening to do the repair. Only took me a half hour or less to do it myself. Again great job and a lifesaver.

Thank you for this video! I have a 2021 SR that is prewired for fog lights, but doesn't have the switch on the stalk. I was searching on how to replace it with an OEM stalk that has the fog switch. This is perfect. This was the last step after wiring the harness and adding the replay. Appreciate your work on this.

I’m doing the same today . How did it work out ? Did you have any issues with the clock spring ?

Thanks for posting this video. Very helpful. I had already replaced that clock spring, but didn't replace my light switch while I was in there.

Thank you sooo much. I was going to have to pay so much to get this fixed and instead I did it on my own. Something I never imagined I could have done. Again thank you!

Bless you man! Doesn't look as difficult as I thought it would. My Camry switch broke in the same way yours did. Hope you become the multi-miilionaire youtube sensation.

Just used this video to swap this assy out on my 2015 Tacoma. A couple of extra points for clarification. The torx bolts need a T30 driver. Make sure you have a 19mm socket to remove the main steering wheel nut. I cheated and used a 3/4 inch socket which worked....but I would highly recommend using the correct size of 19mm. Start to finish took me a little over an hour. I would also recommend to take pictures of the connectors at each stage so you know what goes where. It should be easy but just in case !

Man, you have patience! I loved the job from beginning to end. Two areas, that air bag, and the clock spring. Geez. I’ll read up more on the cautions and warnings then proceed. Thanks for posting. Do you feel using genuine Toyota parts is better? Thanks again.

Thank you Craig. I do prefer to use genuine parts wherever possible. This seemed like a fluke, so using used parts seemed fine. Plus I was trying to be cheap.
