I’m not grasping why she’s trying to STOP THE CAT FROM EATING with the stick? Ok yea I’d get using the stick in case she was gonna bite…..BUT SHE WAS EATING…..makes zero sense what TF. So you give a cat food but then keep putting a stick on its neck trying to get that cat AWAY FROM THE FOOD. Meh just annoying…..
Plus you the fact that this "person" is recording the whole thing.
you have to keep in mind that she is afraid of cats. they stated it in the video at the start,so there’s a reason she acts like that.

Subscribed. What an amazing way to correct a phobia. This is a love story. This young woman became a mom, and a grandmother in one go. And Eighteen did her part to make it work. Now this young lady's home is a great place where she can spend time with her beloved doggies, and her shop has also become a home where she can be with Eighteen and her kittens.

Thank you for overcoming your fear and helping this cat. I understand your aversion as I have one myself to very large dogs. However, watching the pregnant cat being poked with a rod or a stick whatever it was horrified me.
Someone suggested that Annie may have been testing for food aggression, or trying to distract the Eighteen the cat from eating dog food, but from a distance (due to Annie's fear).
Anyway, it's clear that Annie actually didn't hurt Eighteen, who just ignored the stick and kept eating.

It was literally pregnant, weak and hungry, I don’t see how she can be acting like it’s a mutant rat trying to bite her. Also, if she was so scared she could’ve just taken a few steps back or something.

They usually choose a dark place, a closet with lots of soft stuff to give birth. After a few days the cat will move the kittens to a cleaner location. They eat all of the kittens’ waste until the kittens begin eating solid food.
sometimes God sends one of his special messengers to teach us a life lesion, I am glade Annie learned hers, and was blessed for doing so. showing love, even when we are scared, or frightened is a test of our Fath, and God always rewards us for doing so.

Mother to be cats are EXTREMELY affectionate when about to have their babies. I've seen this first hand twice. Mothers to be don't want to be away from what they trust. I know the kind rescuer had no control over it but, it's another shining example to get all pets spayed or neutered. Once we accomplish that, it'll be time for nearly ALL humans to get that done, as well.🤣🤣
What a joyful story about a woman who bravely faces her fear, and in return, the fear leaves and she gains a shop full of love. I had to laugh with each little progression of Annie becoming a cat person - first petting, then feeding food, then making homemade meals and a wonderful bed, and now a play area for them. I thank her and her husband for their loving care.

If Eighteen is very cuddly and friendly, displaying domestic cat behaviors, and so confidently asking for a humans help she had to have been a house cat before. Poor thing must’ve been abandoned after the owners found out she was pregnant. Or maybe she was just grateful for Annie helping her.

To check if it was esting aggressive and she was scared of cats at that time
She was getting super close to haven them babies and started looking for the best options.

sometimes cats just know u are secretly a cat person and will get you there. my boy was on my car hood and i was too afraid to hold him (as a kid my moms cat would bite if i tried touching her) and he literally climbed onto me and gave me a kiss :'( im so glad he chose me! i now hold him lots and receive more kitty kisses and hugs. now im fully in love with kitties (but still love my 2 dogs, even as a now cat person) im so glad this cat chose annie!! a perfect fit!

Some ppl it seems thought the lady would hit the cat but putting a bit of food on the end of the stick is a good way of finding out if the cat is aggressive without getting close this lady did an Amazing job helping the cat and her babies and keeping them all safe they would have died without her I think she’s a lovely lady 🥰🥰🥰

Cats are monsters but because they are small and cute we love them. We have to love them. And they have a strange ability to look at us and ask for help.

We rescued a mom cat with her two kittens who arrived at our back yard: all are vaccinated, fixed and with room service safely at home. A fourth cat was too sick and could not be saved.
