The foot massager machine is easy to use. Simply turn it on with a heel and then place your feet on the pads an increase or decrease pressure as you desire. I have what feels like plantar fasciitis in one foot. This device helps greatly while on the machine and for about ten minutes after I get off of it.

When it first arrived I took it out of the box and tried it for a few minutes with thin socks on. It tickled, but more importantly I was a bit underwhelmed with the effects and worried I wasted my money on a novelty.
