I was trafficked by my father from a young toddler age to adult, of course grooming is a terribly common practice in sexual abuse but especially long term , the amount of rewiring I’ve had to do for myself with the help of my partner is wild. I’m very open with my experiences with my friends and family around me and sometimes I’ll talk about something that is totally normal to me or became a normal for me but then I see the look on their face and I’m quickly reminded that the level of grooming they provide is such an extreme form of brainwashing. Getting justice is not a easy process at all, the state helped me open a lawsuit when I was 8 and at the time he was helping out high end people in the legal system and even sexually/romantically seeing the judge of our case, so my case (even tho I had hard proof ) was push under the rug . I am still now in a current lawsuit with him as of the past 4 years . Since then he’s recently shot my brother 9 times (my brother is alive and doing very well considering ) and he’s suing our father as well . All while my dad is free not facing any time yet until trial . It’s truly mind blowing how fucked the system is and how long the process takes for some legal movement. i’m so sorry, i hope you’re doing well now 💗 i was a victim of grooming (for 8 years so 7-15) and was assaulted by a boy couple years older than me when i was 6/7 along with other things. i can not deal with the guilt, feelings of “impurity”, and manipulated mind state (as in my head i tend to justify these actions bc they’re the only people who have showed me any “love” in my life although ik they are disgusting) and i’m still not even a legal adult who can get help for it. and just that alone has done enough irreversible damage, i couldn’t even imagine it from my own father. MANY men in those 8 years tended to be fathers of young girls ( one man even had a 5 year old daughter who he wanted to hurt), even more were married or had girlfriends, and a few were school teachers who taught children my age at the times (and one would daily touch himself to images of me AT SCHOOL). another is on active duty in the navy right now, and one woman sold images of me to other pedophiles and still to this day is trying to stalk me and do horrendous things to me and sell me into rings. what’s sad is NOTHING will ever be done abt these disgusting vile people bc the government DOES NOT CARE. the only person who’s been caught with anything near me was a school counselor at my school a month ago while his wife just had a baby, it’s fucking disgusting.
Laugh at the absurdity of it... cause if you dont youll just become depressed by the darkness and the fact that those in power are literal kid diddling monsters.
As a sex trafficking survivor I’m glad you talk about how evil that woman was, I still remember my cousin explaining to me how I was “helping him” and trying to teach me how to do things that he or he the other people wanted. I was only 5 but it would always be normal and seemingly fun, we’d play video games and watch silly movie, so I didn’t feel “groomed” in the beginning. When it started to hurt or I’d cry very loud that’s when the fear came in but when your a child you can’t rationalize rape. So I didn’t get why my favorite cousin was hurting me, because he was my family he was nice to me, I loved him. And his “friends” were nice too, they’d sometimes give me snacks so when I was terrified or in very serious pain I just remember only feeling confused. Virginia explaining how she saw Maxwell this woman who had forced her into sexual slavery as “family”, the situations as normal hits so close to home. It’s so fucking vindicating to hear, to know I’m not crazy to know I’m not disgusting for seeing him as family. It’s a very difficult thing to mentally deal with, to now understand everything and to still remember how I felt back then. It’s a very hard thing to explain for a long long time I told no one simply because, he was still family, I still loved my cousin. Thank you for speaking about this, I’d put off any content about this for a long time because I’m very very easily destabilized but you did it justice, thank y’all and thank you Virginia.

@@MKTyphon Oh no! I was never a victim of Epstein or Maxwell, I was sharing my experience with a cousin who did the same thing to me. And how he treated me at the time, I was more cheering on Virginia for doing something I struggle to.

I hate that they can’t say certain terms and have to sound uneducated while speaking when it’s clear everyone knows exactly what they’re talking about. I wonder how long until unalive becomes another term you can’t use
I feel so bad for his victims. They were so young. Wendigoon had a good point that his first documented victim was likely not the first. A lot of other deep dives into his past speculate that he was doing shit like this as far back as his teaching days
His students remarked they noticed him starring after class was over. Considering he was a smart guy making good money I don’t see it being unlikely that he wouldn’t have previously started before being 27.
He definitely was doing it earlier than that. Any time people are documented to be super predators like this, there's always a starting period where its a bit slower but they consistently get away with it, which emboldens them to move onto more aggressive or larger scale activities. There's no way that was his first, he'd likely been getting away with it for a while, and I would take a guess that getting caught but only getting a slap on the wrist likely both emboldened him. That's part of what disgusts me the most, he likely never would've harmed on such a scale if he was held accountable properly in the first place. It's a tale as old as time for predators to double down when they aren't held accountable.
Hi, boomer here. Two things: Double promotion was very popular in the 1960s and maybe into the 70s and often parents would be pushed into having their child who showed extra academic promise due to high test scores into skipping a grade. I skipped a grade and my parents were barely involved in it, although they had to agree to it, and I had a friend that skipped two grades. It wasn't only genius kids, but you had to have high test scores. This lost popularity over the years because of changes in education and psychology. Second, power of attorney just means you can sign legal documents for another person. In my family, I had an elderly relative who doesn't use computers and her son has power of attorney to do her online banking and stuff from another state.
So weird cuz I’ve watched stuff about the most cruel serial killers without loosing a minute of sleep, but this story made my count of 2 nightmares in my entire life double.
Honestly when wendigoon said that he barely cares about politics anymore due to the peolle who are most likely lurking within it, i agreed. Like its genuinely so scary that the same people doing such abhorant things like this are in such big positions of power, and this goes for any industry, not just politics.
Well for the ones that do care, like Senator Nancy Schaeffer and the video she was working on about trafficking... unfortunately her and her husband suddenly became extremely sui-cidal and homi-cidal. 😢
Just wanted to throw out I work on a psychiatric unit and it’s not uncommon for someone to go from suicide watch to on their own in just a few days. Their mood really can shift that quickly. I wasn’t too shocked when I heard he was taken off. And being caught makes perfect sense to have the initial reaction of suicide rather than face the immense disaster of his own design. The footage missing is what got me the most. Any other facility would have been shut down immediately for failing to prove their cameras work.
Yeah and I understand where you are coming from entirely having worked on a unit of that nature, but this was also Jeffery mf Epstein. Would it be so hard to have additional attention and awareness with everything leading up to the incident so far and the skepticism around his first attempt and idk im rambling hahaha. We can never do anything about any of this which is a shame
Part of it is the autopsy though. He is apparently found after hanging himself. Which is sus itself cause if he was on suicide watch even recently, he should not have anything that's possible to hang yourself, suicide watch in legal facilities means no shoe laces, no drawstring, no blankets that can be pulled apart even, no hard plastic tooth brushes, etc. So even allowing him to harm himself is a massive failure. But the autopsy also showed the damage was consistent with strangulation, not hanging. There is small differences in the bruising on the neck, and his bruising was consistent with being strangled by hand. Either way, it is very suspect
It's not a client list. It's a list of people who may or may not have known what he was up to, and the names of people they happened to mention to each other, even if they were talking about Jimmy Kimmel and his name got on it for that reason. In all realism, we will never get a client list, because everybody on it is too powerful to allow that kind of evidence to exist.
I'm not saying it's impossible for celebrities to genuinely be in on it, but I reckon they're the easiest scape goats to use cause their fame works as the best smoke to hide the ones who are really powerful and are on a whole other level of influence. It's this sick open secret that we all know they'll never actually receive the justice that they deserve.
It's said that the people around the Epstein/ Maxwell cabal KNEW! John McCain's wife said "we all knew what Epstein was doing" Witnesses have said AND EVIDENCE SUPPORTS that you could not be in his presence without KNOWING : he often had two half naked girls under his arms, he had huge FREAK "art" work hanging on his walls- one a nude 5 year old!@@
@@aries2242 Thinking the comment is referring to Charlie small braino, more than the other two. There are total details you can read openly now that exonerate some individuals and show who would likely have been involved in the illicit activities.
As an elder millennial, skipping grades used to be much more common. If your teacher thought you were smart enough and you seemed bored, they'd put you ahead. I had a friend who skipped two grades and so was much younger than everyone. She ended up doing freshman year of high school twice (she changed schools so it wouldn't be weird) because her parents didn't want her to go to college at 16. Eventually they decided Oh, hey, emotional maturity is a thing and so is socialization and maybe letting kids totally skip developmental milestones is bad for them and leads to bullying and poor socialization. And they pretty much stopped doing it while I was still in school.
I never understood the whole idea of it. Sure the kid might be bored, but like you said, social maturity is a lot more important than having a build-in calculator. i'm from 97 and i also remember some kids skipping grades, honestly they weren't even that smart, they just excelled at things that our education system praises, everyone hated them for being the teachers pet, thus they got bullied for being the young smartasses. you'd think teachers would think this through, making someone a snowflake is like marking crosshairs on their shirt in school.
I used to envy the people I’ve heard go to college at an incredibly young age until I learned about how much that messes up these kids’ psyches (the Unabomber is an extreme example) and I feel better about being average.
5 months late but I think it's starting to be understood that it's not just a good thing. I was moved up a grade in elementary and it didn't solve anything, the pace of the lessons was still excruciatingly slow. At the same time I went from well-socialized before to being bullied after a while. At the same time I'm happy with how everything turned out so I wouldn't necessarily recommend against it. I think special classes for different levels is a much better solution.
@@RePeLSTeeLTJe-- the trouble is that if gifted kids don't learn to effectively study and push themselves early in life, they may hit a brick wall developmentally in the future when raw brainpower no longer solves their problems. I personally had this experience because I didn't really learn to study anything until my junior year of highschool. Though ideally, public schooling should be rebuilt from the ground up with this kind of stuff in mind

@@88_TROUBLE_88 Man. Bro. The "joke" is just how into those kinda of instances Wendigoon is. He has uploaded videos going VERY in-depth on WACO, Ruby Ridge, the assassination of MLK and the government conspiracy surrounding it, and his latest big one was the Unabomber. I only know about these incidents (non.US) because of his insanely informative videos. He is SUPER on top of this sort of thing, and he is well known for it. He often states disclaimers during those videos since his interest could be construed to show genuine conspiracy against the government. He isn't laughing at the incident. He's laughing because he is The Anti-Gov Conspiracy Guy and he knows a fuck-tonne about the incident they just brought up-- he literally recognised the name mentioned because of the connection to Ruby Ridge. He basically laughed because he is now in his element, and knows that Jackson is turning the proverbial spotlight to him automatically. Ngl, since red thread episodes have revolved around cryptids, cults, and the supernatural, I don’t see how you could’ve been expecting an episode about Epstein 😂😂
1:20:45 Note: in witness deposition, the victims clearly stated that yes, they knew who Stephen Hawking was, and no, he did not engage in any sexual activity. This may sound crass but I’m not sure that he could have. Even if, god forbid, he’d wanted to.
He could still have participated in the orgies while never touching any of the girls.. He still cheated on his wife with a caretaker despite his disability, so btw that doesn't mean anything
@@karma_kar9623It's an incredibly well written story, and it's also unfortunately very educational on how the world REALLY works, but I do have to warn you, it IS going to fuck with you. I even knew what the ending was before reading it, and it still messed me up to the point where I don't think I will ever be the same person ever again.
10:34 the weird thing is though, those kids who end up skipping ahead grades tend to be really alienated from their peers and end up having lots of social-emotional development issues as a result; quite a fair few of them ended up as serial killers or doing something else super heinous. Jeffrey Epstein is actually a pretty good example of that, I think. It's really important for childhood development that children stay within their own age appropriate peer group and are able to learn how to socially function in their age range, because even if academically they are ahead, they are still socially the same age, if not regressed a little bit because of the awkwardness that tends to come with high intellect and concurrent neurological things like ADHD or autism.
@@Kaspar.C0LD UA-cam doesn't really like links and often delete comments with links in them because they assumed them to be spam but you could literally Google "how skipping grades can impact kids socially" or "serial killers who were advanced for their age in school" if you really think it's that far fetched, blud. 😂

Two things:
Double promotion was very popular in the 1960s and maybe into the 70s and often parents would be pushed into having their child who showed extra academic promise due to high test scores into skipping a grade.
Thank you Mr/Ms Boomer person for clarifying things in better wording than I could have, sincerely, Millennial.
Thank you for your service, oldie. 🫡
its different when pertaining to businesses
Gen x here, skipped second grade.
Extremely common, I believe gifted classes got extra funding.

Part of it is the autopsy though. He is apparently found after hanging himself. In all realism, we will never get a client list, because everybody on it is too powerful to allow that kind of evidence to exist.
And that's assuming one exists in the first place

"It wouldn't be the same without you, you are The Red Thread Charlie"
As an older Gen Z I wish I was given the opportunity to skip grades… my entire middle school experience was basically just sleep and read.
