GOST are a set of technical standards encompassing basically everything being produced, so it's like a soviet-russian equivalent of ISO standards.
GOST means government standard.

I don’t think russian civilians can get these rifles especially the SBR ak105 and 30 round mags, the only way for them to even get shotguns or 5 round mag rifles is through many licenses or LE/military history, can’t get the armor either

We (russians) CAN use 30 and more round mag. But we cant load more then 10, when hunting. And we can load more than 10, when on training grounds.
