Excellent video Susannah- That looked a great day at the Diesel Gala and the Bachmann colour looked most like the video . I forgot to comment on the last video but I too had a very big box that my 66 came in and I had some explaining to Mrs C 😀😀 I went for the Prostate Cancer Uk livery and it ran great straight from the box.
    Cheers Kev

When I was on nights at Clapham junction you could hear a 66 from our mess room waiting the road on platform 17 from the west London line I would go into my dispatch box and look on the P2 and click on its head code to see where it started some were Scotland and once they got the road as it’s a steep incline from the dive under you could here the 66 giving it all if you was on the platform you could hear the couplings creak and bang. ,😊
    Keep going
    Mark 😊😊

Hi Susannah great video once again. I still love my bachmann 66 and the hattons one. I've been having a shed fest here on Moorland now the 2 accurascale ones are here. Had a great time. The front air dam is easy to fit plus putting the crews in too. I've got Bessie driving one of mine as well however I got the modelu one and painted them myself. Enjoy your gala. All that talk of hoovers reminded me to clean up before the wife got home 😅 take care Susannah cheers Andy

Great response from you regarding the colour difference on 66415. When i last visited Freightliner Basford Hall yard i was up close and personal with the locos, and as luck would have it there was 66502,and she was sat there in all her glory waring the deeper shade of Orange. A week later i went to my local line and saw and filmed 66413 Lest we Forget, was in the paler orange livery. 66413 was the only one painted in that tone of paler orange. As i stated earlier, fact Freightliner decided on a brighter tone of orange there after, so from 66623, it applied to 66419,66509,66502 and of coarse 66415.I have Bachmanns Freightliner 08 shunter Freightliner in the Tangoed livery and the class 90044 Tangoed livery and it matches Bachmanns 66419. Bachmanns orange G and W livery is without question spot on. Enjoyed your fantastic clip of your day out at the Watercress line. Your channel is fantastic, please keep up the good work, cheers Nick Redshed.

The orange colour on the accurscale one is wrong. They used the same orange that Hattons used on 66623. Only 413 has the pale orange. Hopefully accurscale correct it when they do another one.

Thanks Penrirh Rd, I assumed you have read my recent comments, if plenty of people were to raise the issue with Accurascale then maybe just maybe they would replace the body, sounds crazy? Perhaps but Dapol did it with the early version of the DRS class 68 and Bachmann did with the DRS class 20 original livery. Way back i had a word Hattons about it and confirmed that Freightliner had decided to amend the livery after 66613 by freshening it up and giving it a far brighter look. The irony is the box art is absolutely correct, the orange stripes and the loco are exact how it shoud be.

For me the Bachmann is the more accurate colour, based on several photos of the real locomotive on my large monitor and your video. Well done for sticking up for yourself and challenging the petty comment. I find those comments completely unnecessary. I bought some rolling stock for my climate change hero 66 from the Bachmann Collectors' club. They are really nice.

Its not a petty comment at all the difference is a world apart, directed only at Accurascale, this channel is amazing and made really qualified comments as she always does. There are plenty of comments on the RM web regarding this issue. You bought wisely there with 66004 Climate Hero, i absolutely love it in real life and model form, what was the Collectors club rolling stock you mentioned? Cheers Nick.

Read again Nick..The petty comment was about the person who was writing that Susannah was wrong. The collectors club hopper wagons are the same colour climate green.

@@RedShedNick yes, I was referring to the comment who claimed I didn't have a link with 66415. I wanted to set the record straight with his incorrect comment. Susannah

Susannah, you mention that you are not going to get rid of your Bachmann Class 66`s but what is going to happen to your vast collection of Hornby 66`s?
    Regards
    Kev
