What an intelligent and sensible gentlemen, I wish we had someone like Khalid Saab in our current management.
Apparently Babar could have been a legend batsman but decided it's better to be a manipulative, slimy politician. Now it seems his own pet snakes that he distroyed the careers of so many young players, to keep, have started to work against him. And babar is now throwing them all under the bus to once again to save his own ass.
No dought even after his miserable form as a batsman and his total ignorance as a captain on the field, he still is one of the best batsman on paper But more than that he is a freaking cancer to pak. Cricket, time to set him off to an Indefinitive vacation.
He was a brilliant organizer and served well. He should br appointed as chairman 10 11 years ago but Najam sethi or political appointments destroy the system.
Pak should stop playing cricket and fix their thought process and take religion out. Select team based on 100% performance leadership and attitude.

He is wrong . generally, a senior player is captain because of his experience and not Because of his age pataudi was captain of India at the age of 22 and so was Mike Bresrely captain of England at the same age .
Player power has become bigger than PCB and has no acvountabilty anymore. PCB with Rameez made Babar bigger than Pak cricket when they consciously tried to create a massive icon from an avg cricketer. Thats the bane of their cricket

Wonderful Khalid Mahmud sahib. The management ethos behind all this is getting the best results , managing players is not easy , but the guest shares his hard choices, and a deep respect for the game and the country. Great players have vision, they believe in a higher cause. Baber perhaps is not captain material. A team looks up to their captain. What ever the situatjon , captain must rise above petty issues and lead his men to dream big. Pakistan cricket was once great. We had skipper, we have talent and we can be great again.
