Thankyou so much for your wonderful videos and sharing all your knowledge. I especially do love it when you make a mistake and just move on. I beat myself up over the most stupid of things that I can't do anything about. Love your videos!
I did this mistake with my lime tree. I gave it a savage prune and it was 18 months until it fruited again. I have had to just cut back half the tree due to borers. I cut the dead off and white washed with lime the remaining trunk. The mistak I made is to put tree off cuts around the base to stop the chickens and ducks from digging up the roots. The borers for the dead wood got into my tree. I got it early and it seems ok. We have history this tree been here since 2008.
Great video Vasili... In this video you highlighted a couple of interesting topics that I badly suffering from. @ 2.00 you made mention of the fruit that didn't happen, when a looked at my citrus tree last week I had a heap of this problem & no idea as to why? @ 5.35 you mention caterpillars. I bet you $5 it is the Dainty Swallowtail larva.. A pain in the ass in citrus trees but a stunning butterfly when developed, so which way to go? to kill or not to kill?
Question on your snips.. I have 5 citrus plants .. all are healthy. Do i absolutely need to disinfect them to cut each tree after another ?? Or is that something I can let go of from when I was first learning ? My trees are healthy and if I see something I don’t like I’ll definitely disinfect them case by case.
I just learned all I need to know to be kind to my citrus in under 10 minutes. You da man👍

Instead of pruning the trees maybe you should just notch above each of the nodes on trunk and branches.
Scoring above a node.
