You say in your book and other videos that if a woman cancels on you twice or calls and you try to set up a date twice and both times she says no then to not ever bring it up again until she does. She canceled his date twice in a row and contacted him so he waited for her to initiate the date but she didn't; but you said he should have asked again, even though he's been canceled on several times? I could have sworn he did what he was supposed to. I thought you said that if she kept contacting you then you should keep it short then get off the phone and not bring up a date until she does.

How many times does Coach W. have to say that text/email/phone/skype are NOT conversational tools, they're meeting-making devices. You're causing her flaking by being her male girlfriend and overcommunicating. Cut that out, just get to the point, set up a date and time to meet up.
the best solution to this is to be talking to multiple women. So when one flakes, another one moves up a spot on your roster and the flake gets pushed back to the end of the line.
One more thing to add. I know I need to set a date and quit talking and I have tried that. She said she doesn't like me setting dates in advance. She said that makes her feel like I am pressuring her and thats part of why she can't get comfortable. She would rather just go with the flow. I assume that means call her that day and try to setup something. In my opinion thats bs. I just end up doing nothing that night expecting to have plans with her. Is she just doing this to keep me as backup?
So true, Corey! If she cancels/flakes and doesnt take some kind of real steps to set up (or at least hint at) another date, then she isnt interested. There is no need to dissect or analyze her reasons or machinations. You spend that time on raising your own value.

I know this comment is 2 years old but in case somebody else is in the same situation, I thought I would have had my opinion based on my understanding and application of Corey principles. First of all it sounds like the friend wasn't that attracted to you or didn't have a high enough level of attraction. Secondly, you mentioned that you have been texting a lot which Corey says very likely will lower attraction. if you read his book and watch his other videos, Corey says 2 only go on dates with women who have a high level of attraction for you. If a woman has a high enough level of attraction for you and your doing everything else right, she'll make it very easy for the two of you to get together and a hangout, have fun and hook up. If you're trying to turn a friend into a girlfriend, he has videos on that on UA-cam and I suggest you watch them closely.
