If there is ever any sort of official exe revival, I strongly think this should be included. It’s a very faithful reimagining and I think I like it more than the original even, good on all of y’all for making this masterpiece. Fun fact: the “I will not be replaced” originated from manual blast with scorched’s 2nd to last dialog where a bunch of voices are put together, there is a video of all of the uncompressed voices! Also the one exe uses is actually the one that scorched says! Despite both exe and hog/scorched being two different and unique takes on the whole faker concept and basically mastering their versions of it they are still very tied together in music! I just love small little things like this! Edit because I can’t stop gushing about this!: the voices all used together for the “I WILL NOT BE REPLACED” (that is barely hearable) in manual blasted is encore lord x, rerun, Xeno, skincrawler and scorched himself!

If there is ever any sort of official exe revival, I strongly think this should be included. It’s a very faithful reimagining and I think I like it more than the original even, good on all of y’all for making this masterpiece. As someone who always been a big fan of EXE since he was introduced I feel he’s finally been done some justice.

I've already listened to this like 16 times, but just now was the first time with BOTH my headphones in, and the drop at 4:30 got me horrifyingly close to shedding a tear.
It's not even a sad song, AT ALL. Songs so far away from anything that is comparable to mainstream shouldn't have such power, but this has it somehow.

i love how you managed to capture that feeling of despair and uncanniness that used to be felt when the original faker and black sun was released, but as time went on, those feelings wore out and the original songs became less intimidating with time
but both these remakes, are as unsettling now, and the originals were in their time

Faker sets the stage as a calming song with a sinister side, Faker's vocals sound intimidating and amazing. Fun fact: the “I will not be replaced” originated from manual blast with scorched’s 2nd to last dialog where a bunch of voices are put together, there is a video of all of the uncompressed voices! Also the one exe uses is actually the one that scorched says! Despite both exe and hog/scorched being two different and unique takes on the whole faker concept and basically mastering their versions of it they are still very tied together in music! I just love small little things like this!
Edit because I can’t stop gushing about this!: the voices all used together for the “I WILL NOT BE REPLACED” (that is barely hearable) in manual blasted is encore lord x, rerun, Xeno, skincrawler and scorched himself!

This is genuinly making me contemplate learning how to animate because i have such a cool (in my opinion) battle scene play by play in my head as well as dialogue before and after the song.
