I prefer to take this even if it does not go too high because I know it is a reliable product, apetamin caused me a lot of damage. however, I am using nutrigain and have not had any side effects. plus it makes me eat a lot. Yes girl. I just started my weight gain journey using Nutrigain weight gainer capsules.... I need you ladies to know that you have to follow as prescribed on the bottle either syrup or capsule.... you’ll get very very tired and sluggish.....you constantly battle with sleeping sometimes..... Use at the right time too... it helps with appetite... In conclusion, you’ll get very tired lol and also make sure you eat... try to increase your intake of food I hope this helps Ps: side effect like tiredness which is the only side effect I have gotten so far... might vary...

When I went to my doctor to get a medicine prescribed to help me gain weight.. the medicine they prescribed me is literally Cyproheptadine..
my sons pediatrician perscribed him cyproheptadine because he was struggling eating as well and it helped him
