Sourdough Discard Chocolate Chip Muffins!

  • An excellent way to put the sourdough discard to use!
    1/2 Cup Sourdough discard
    3/4 Cup Sour Cream
    2 Eggs (room temp)
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    2 Cups All purpose flour
    1/2 Cup Avocado oil (can substitute Vegetable or Canola oil)
    1/4 Cup Milk
    1 Tbls Vanilla Paste or extract
    1 Tsp Salt
    2 Tsp Baking Powder
    1 Tsp Baking Soda
    1 1/2 Cups Mini-Chocolate chips
    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and this will make 12 large muffins. Enjoy!!
