Thanks for taking my comment further .. I'm all for trying out yummy-looking recipes 😋.
Nettles .. some sections of my local forest are absolutely infested with them .. even along the paths.
Good for the cooking .. but .. yesterday, my little Malti-Poo .. she must have stuck her nose and shoulders into a batch ('sniffing' where the 'big boys have lifted their legs' 🙄 😏).
She had an Allergic Reaction later and well into the evening .. her being quite distressed and us very concerned and preparing to get her off to the Vet after hours 😟.
Then I remembered that years back, I had used an OTC Anti-Histamine Medication (on my then-local Vet's advice) to mitigate an Allergic reaction that my dog was having. Some follow up on the Internet and put to use. 01h00 this morning, she had settled and gone to sleep. Currently sleeping on my lap. I'll wake her later and take her on a short 'pavement' outing .. no forest for her today!
These types of Soups, Curries and Stews freeze well and I often make large batches, portion them and then into the Cellar Freezer .. not forgetting single portions to be taken to the outdoors 😊.
I'm definitely going to give your recipe a go .. thanks. Take care ..
