So happy you did a beginner video! I'm just beginning and I didn't think of the level pedals when coasting! No other video mentioned about that (that I remember). I live within a stones throw from Alligrippis, so I'm anxious to make my debut over there. BTW, I'm a 68 yo, SHORT woman!
Allegrippis is a great place to get started. That’s where I first started and I think it is great for all levels to enjoy. I’m glad you are able to take something from this video and hope you enjoy your time on the bike.
Perfect place for a first ride back, hope she wasn't too discouraged. Did you try the skills park there? It is great for progression and confidence, plus no climbs!
The skills park is well beyond her abilities. I thought the flowyness of the grip would be easy for her, but that was still a bit out of her league. Learning to ride on a trail is a whole other beast compared to riding on the road. She just needs to get her fitness up and learn how to ride differently. Thanks for watching man!
