Compounded glp-1 semaglutide reversed anything negative for me. Everything you have mentioned I concur. It reversed Weight struggles yo-yo, severe memory loss, brain function improvement, mental health, obsessive thoughts about anything addictive including alcohol (,alcohol free since 2019), on-line shopping (,i was totally out of control), my real estate career is back on track and it saved me during a really rough menopause. I'm a different person. My body composition is also so different than past weight loss. Also, I've been self-dosing semaglutide only as needed.....micro dosing since August 2022 and my mindset is completely changed for the better. I am in the driver's seat. Semaglutide Compounded is a miracle. It's my way of being in control of my hormones.
In UK I can’t get compound but I can get 2.5 mounjaro in a 4 use pen. How can I titrate best? Should I only twist it half to start on 1.25? Is that low enough? 🙏
One of the best podcasts regarding this topic. Please bring Dr. Tyna back. I have been listening to her prodcast but with the guys thrown in the mix, i just enjoyed it more.
i started off at 0.25 mg and noticed more of a mental shift at first, but I didn’t really start losing weight until I reached 1.7 mg. Now, I’ve been using GLP-1 for about six months, currently at 2 mg weekly, and it’s been a great experience overall-helping with both my weight and ADHD, with no side effects.
Dr. Tyna is the one that made me feel comfortable trying tirzepatide, and I appreciate her research so much! As a woman at 42 years old with a long history of hashimotos (diagnosed at 8 years old), it's been great for inflammation and brain fog so far. I'm also very muscular, but this extra fat since my age changes is horrible.

@@paigeturner165If you listen to the part around 1:19:24, it sounds like she’s saying staying on the lowest dose of the regular (non compounded) is also a good choice. Just don’t increase to larger doses.
Dr. Tynan is amazing. I love her podcast, and bringing her to mind up is the perfect fit. This is a must-see episode for anyone on or thinking about going on glp1. I've been on mounjaro for 21 months and lost 185 lbs with 5 days of strength training n 45-minute daily walk. I was 480 lbs and currently at 295 lbs. Mounjaro has helped remove my joint pain and help heal my heart. I'm no longer taking blood pressure medication. My brain fog is gone. I feel like my brain is functioning, like when I was in my 20s. My A1C went from 6.9 to 5.1. All my blood tests are normal. Getting my health back, I also discovered my testosterone was 250 and now on trt. I feel amazing and blessed.
Good for you! That is amazing! I am curious. I am on my 2nd week, the day after my shot I felt like I was unfocused. It is better third day. Did you experience that? If so, it sounds like you got better. I am confused on the food aspect. I had no hunger week 1 and food chatter was gone until Day. 6. This second week I have a little chatter but not acting on it. Does the food chatter constantly change? I am eating less for sure, but more healthy. I am thinking of staying on first dose for a couple of months.
Eat good amount protein day before n the day of shot. Plus, hydrate with water with electrolytes. Always eat your protein first. If u can start strength training n daily walks
I love Dr. Tyna!! Such a brave and informed woman. Her findings have only confirmed my personal experience with GLP1. The benefits are more than weight loss. I’m so glad you guys brought her onto the show. ❤
Im 62 and I had to beg my doctor to give me ozempic, I am on the lowest dose I have high blood sugar type 2. I also find it hard to lose weight because of my back injuries, had three level fusion and a total knee replacement. But I am working with strengthening my muscles with band resistance. Thank you for all your important information, it really helped me. Thank you so much again. I am one week in. And I already lost 10lbs... Can't wait to see where this goes....
Be prepared for stalled weight loss. Your not gonna keep losing 10 lb per week. Make sure to eat protein so you don't lose all of the muscle you have left at 62..
Ten lbs in one week IS NOT healthy. I am on Mounjaro duemto being type 2 diabetic and I'm happy with 10 lbs lost so far in about two months of using it. If I exercised I could've lost more.
Depending on your bmi and fluid retention, 10 pounds may be a perfectly healthy first weeks loss, not always 2-4 pounds for everyone. Be mindful, lots of water and protein with body weight strength training. Enjoy!!
Wow! Thank you Dr Tyna, for this fascinating and comprehensive and wide-ranging conversation. You are blowing the doors wide open for people to heal so many debilitating conditions. Thank you for being open and vulnerable about your own experiences. You're a badass!!
I just started trzepitide and I’m encouraged to take it slow and focus on protein and weight lifting. Also , lifestyle change is a must. I’m tired of crappy food.
I give you five stars even 10 stars for your knowledge. It is so refreshing to hear someone who really knows what they’re talking about. I am 67 and still in very good shape out three times a week. Wait not a lot of cardio. Thank you for all your advice Pam.
This is quite eye opening one for a lot of people here watching and reading the comments. I really enjoy this show as all the other mind pump shows, I always thought that ozempic was some kind of quick fix but there is so much more to it. I don’t need it personally, I started eating good Whole Foods and dramatically increased my protein intake from whole foods in my and my family’s daily diet and we walk every day without fail, have got some dumbbells now gonna start weight lifting or any weight exercise to boost the fat loss. So far I’m -13 kg in 7 months, mostly because of UA-cam, thanks to mind pump show with all the information you put out here for us to learn.
Love Dr. Tyna I am currently on Semi and she speaks truth. I have not moved up from .25 due to listening to her and luckily my pcp agrees as long as I feel good we can stay slow and low. I am 7 weeks in and really no need to move up!
@tarahanson4890 how are you doing three months later? Are you on the same dose? How much weight have you lost and when did you see the weight start dropping?
@Peoniesplease555 same .25 down 33 lbs. Have missed a dose last week it is on backorder sadly. If and only if the availability does not improve I may go to .5 next month but that is last resort. These meds are outstanding for inflammation!
Dr. Tyna is amazing! So happy you guys had her on! As with most issues, it's never black and white. We should use every tool available to help people, and we should do it wisely!!👏👏👏👏
Adam mentioned Dr. Tyna a few weeks ago and I have been binging her ever since. One of the things I love about your show…your mindful choices in guests and then I get to learn more from them. Great interview! Thank you!
Listening to Dr. Tyna is what started me on my path with microdosing semaglutide with a functional medicine doctor. Looking forward to seeing how this will help my inflammatory health issues.
This is such an amazing discussion. I always love to hear Dr Tyna’s thoughts so very enlightening. And you guys inputs is making this episode more engaging and so much more interesting. We need another episode with her as a guest.
Glad to see Dr. Tyna on your show! Great conversation! I also discovered Dr. Tyna on that Dr. Hyman interview/debate. I had never heard the perspective she presented about peptides. Since that time, I’ve been listening to her podcasts where she discusses a number of other health related topics.
I got so excited when I saw that you interviewed Dr. Tyna. I also watched her interview on Dr. Hyman’s podcast. I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer and am diving deep into learning more about the semaglutides. I have been watching Mind Pump regularly and am interested trying one of your fitness/nutrition packages. Thank you for bringing Dr. Tyna on your show and for keeping my finger on the pulse for current health news.
Brenda, I am also educated in dietetics. I'm curious what your thoughts are on whether the standard American diet (no need to chew) could contribute to low GLP-1? My hypothesis is that chewing, or proper biomechanics of chewing and swallowing, stimulates release of GLP-1.
@@daniellelamont7961 YES! I love the way that you think. I think about those physiological aspects often. There are so many components that we are missing out on or unnecessarily adding with our SAD diet. Thank you for interacting.
Thank you for covering this topic! I’ve been hearing so much about these peptides but it’s hard to know what’s the truth behind them and how they work! This explains it so clearly for those of us without a medical background!
You guys are awesome made my life less confusing and I made all the over-working out mistakes my whole life, with little results. I have always been a non meat/ fish/ chicken/ just carbs and cheese mainly...sad to say, but once I got your info of more protein and less processed, and little "time wise" workouts, but more often. Now I am seeing results, but I also had some current health issues, just before I discovered you guys. Now I'm on a much better path. Thank you for relating to me similar stories that describe me almost exactly in the way of popular mistakes.
I'm so happy you got Dr. Tyna... I just discovered her over the weekend and did a deep dive into her podcasts about GLP-1's and was thinking she'd be a great guest on your show! Then I woke up this morning to check out what new episodes you had and there she was! Great guest, reports the facts. LOVE. Also - love your show.
Dr Tyna is gangster. I discovered her during covid, she was one of the few sane and rational voices in regards to the hype around the vaccine, which hindsight has shown she was correct in her position. Love this crossover, great conversation and very informative!
Loved everything about this. I'm considering a GLP-1 for the healing properties and not for weight loss. I love everything you guys do. Thank you for always being so inspiring
Thanks for having more content on this topic. A loved one is thinking about starting this treatment, so hearing more information on this is very helpful!
Loved, loved, loved this episode! As a T2 diabetic and currently on 5ml of Mounjaro I found this extremely helpful. I've been on this GLP1 for 2 months but strangely enough when I adjusted my diet and started walking, I also started lifting dumbbells I lost weight. Recently made the shift from focusing on fat intake (Keto) to more protein. This episode definitely helped me content some of the dots. Thanks guys!

I also noticed the cognitive improvement, anti-inflammatory effects etc seeings what Dr Tyna is talking about is great as its a beautifully nuanced discussion that must be individually dosed, the same as hormones.

I also found Dr Tyna on the Mark Hyman podcast. I was 10kg over weight and post menopausal and seriously desperate. When she explained the truth behind Ozempic I was so hopeful and tried it too ( Munajro ) and 5 months in I'm in a much better place. I'm within a normal weight again and enjoy weight lifting ad working out more than before.
Dr TYna I’m so glad I found your station. So much good information. I’ve sent it to everyone. Have you found any information on CLL patients. Thank you
Fantastic interview, thank you! Love you guys! Just passed the NSCA CPT exam and your podcast totally helped me prepare. Would love to start training with the RGP bundle!!
At 63yo I lost 22kgs & 18cm off the waist with 5mg/wk of Trizapeptide over 5 months earlier this year, strength training in the gym, hormonially optimised, creatine, protein rich diet, following Jay Campbells routines etc. After taking 8 weeks off to reset the receptors, today I've restarted on micro dosing. Now Im the strongest Ive ever been, moving massive amounts of weight in the gym, recovery is amazing, so Im excited for this next cycle of targeted adipose loss.
I found Dr Tyna preaching deadlifting before the pandemic when I went on a keto/ carnivore/ weight training journey. And wow, I love this episode. I had no idea how much potential there is in these peptides. I’m very interested to learn more now, and thinking about trying GLPs myself.
I have several programs but not the RGB bundle so hopefully soon I’ll get it 😉 Thanks for the guest. I saw her on Chalene and since you support her, it means even more.
Thank you! I am off glp-1 almost three weeks now. I am over insulin resistance, past insatiable cravings, , no longer have to have alcohol just because my friends are drinking, have gained discipline. But my joints are feeling stiff. I’m 68, post menopause. After my next Dexa I may look at a micro dose if my joints continue to feel stiff.
Love all the information! I’m in Canada, I’m 45 yrs old going through perimenopause. I’m overall fit, strength training 5 days a week and eat a high protein diet. How would someone like me get this peptide? I’m not obese, don’t have diabetes. If I asked my doctor to be micro dosed she’s think I was crazy. Is there a way for someone who is healthy but wants to be healthier to get trizepitide? Please help a Canadian girl out 🙏🏻
I'm not sure if it works the same in Canada but here your best bet is to find a Dr or health care provider that is able to prescribe meds but is also independent of medical conglomerates, which here typically means you pay up front and health insurance is little to no help Then the prescription is taken to a compounding pharmacy, which means they prepare the medication in house customized to your specific needs!
I am in Canada, and we can buy it from Canadian stores. Biosynergen peptides and Cantides research peptides sell for research purposes. I am trying a low dose to reduce inflammation. So far it’s working and I lost weight too. Though I wasn’t looking to lose any weight. We have to pay for it ourselves.
Ive been waiting for the interview. I've been following Dr. Tyna since standing her truth with the big C. Definitely considering a microdose as i have about 30 pounds to lose.
The Tri-Agonist Retatutride is going to blow these all out of the water especially in the physique world. It’s in Phase 3 trials. The micro dosing is key on all these peptides. Been able to shut off the food noise with this peptide and continue to gain muscle. The effect on inflammation, insulin sensitivity, and well being is insane. Started with in initial dose of 2mg and .3mg every day after of Retatrutide and it’s been the easiest body recomposition I’ve ever done. My nutrition, training, cardio, and lifestyle were on point before this. It just blocks out that noise from the pantry while watching TV at night.
My 12 year old plays rec soccer. Parents still see the need to set up a snack schedule for games where everyone brings cookies, Gatorade and chips. I refuse to participate. I don’t see how refueling after a sporting event with toxic “food” is beneficial.
I totally agree with the thought of muscle marbling and water. I've been pre diabetic with high blood pressure for over a decade and went pure carnivore. Now, I was a PT and weight trained 15 years ago. Being on carnivore and weight training for 3 and half months I've lost 55 lbs. 20 of it was muscle and the rest was fat! But my strength has increased and my blood pressure has went back to normal. I am very interested in ozempic but I've always wanted to do things "naturally". Very interesting podcast. I would love to be a guinea pig for the small doses Dr. Tyna is exploring!
7:35 - What does Dr. Tyna mean by the delivery? What Novo Nordisk and the others did is make the peptide survive for more than 2 minutes in the body. That's what they actually are charging for, that you only have to do it every week instead of every few minutes.
If Wegovy or Ozempic are going to help us to heal our bodies, I'm going for it. I am working with doctors and dieticians from Stanford now. I will start strength training and do this right. Yes, I have Wegovy. It's good to get the right information. Thank you😊
I think that the reason why you can run into problems with injections of these peptides is that the effect of the signaling is not turned off after a short while as it would be naturally occurring in the body.
I would love to see some studies not only about GLP1 deficiency but GLP1 excess! I really believe this is a thing. I’m so thankful for the invention of these GLP1’s because finally people understand how I feel. I am never hungry. No hunger and no thirst. I get so full on half a sandwich that I can’t finish it. I also suffer from a lot of nausea for absolutely no reason. Although I’ll never have a weight problem I’m constantly fatigued. Hearing Adam’s experience with the GLP1 was exactly how I feel every day. It leaves me wondering if they could use my DNA to make stem cells for transplant into those with deficiencies. I always feel so bad for people who can’t stop eating. So many struggle with this and I have zero interest in food. Take my peptides!!! lol

After a month on 2.5 percent, my chronic inflammation and joint issues that were never there before from Moderna booster shot and thumb surgery literally started going down and continues to get better after 2 years of being unable to move well from chronic joint pain.
This is amazing!! Help please! How do I find a doctor near me who can work with me on this? I’m finding it hard to find a physician who thinks this way. They either dismiss me or want to do a hysterectomy! I’ve been searching for years for some solution like this!
Around 30:39 is Dr. Tyna saying Semaglutide? I’m struggling with my craving to drink. When I do all of my gains from the day go out the window. I’d love to get ride of my hedonistic behavior. I’d like to try some of that peptide.
How come for those of us who may be around 25lbs overweight we can not get prescribed glp1,s? They are saying you must have bmi 27. For me BMI 26 I do have high blood pressure and am pre diabetic
find new doctor or stop worrying about your insurance and pay out of pocket, its worth it. Don't be cheap when it comes to your healthy. Ozempic is like $65 bucks a month, even Tirzep is under $200 month and well worth it.
What Dr will prescribe this amount of semiglutide Dr Tyna? I want to get started with this for serious crypts digestion bones. Had spine surgery. Laminotomy and discectomy.
She is wonderful, thank you for having her!!
Thanks for having more content on this topic. A loved one is thinking about starting this treatment, so hearing more information on this is very helpful!
Great interview I loved hearing more from Dr Tyna after also watching the Dr Hyman conversation
In UK I can’t get compound but I can get 2.5 mounjaro in a 4 use pen. How can I titrate best? Should I only twist it half to start on 1.25? Is that low enough? 🙏
I’d like to know too! Less info here in the UK.
Thanks SO much guys! Dr Tyna is AWESOME!!! Great conversation!!!
I also noticed the cognitive improvement, anti-inflammatory effects etc seeings what Dr Tyna is talking about is great as its a beautifully nuanced discussion that must be individually dosed, the same as hormones.
Excellent show. Best I have seen on YT.
GLP1s got me to strength train and eat right. Period. Don’t waste these moments ❤

What a great podcast… I learned so much today. Dr Tyna is so informed and so easy to understand!
Thank you for introducing Dr Tyna. Great interview! Thanks guys 💪
Thank you
Wishing everyone a blessed happy Father's Day praise God praying for everyone everyday God bless you all..
I got emotional watching this… it caught me off guard… not sadness but like an exhale I didn’t know I was waiting on. Sheesh …
Such an important conversation!! Thank you for this nuanced take!
Thank God Adam is back!
Fantastic interview, thank you! Love you guys! Just passed the NSCA CPT exam and your podcast totally helped me prepare. Would love to start training with the RGP bundle!!
Yes! Realized my depression was gone. I have chronic. Been in a great mood!
Fascinating interview
I found Dr Tyna preaching deadlifting before the pandemic when I went on a keto/ carnivore/ weight training journey. And wow, I love this episode. I had no idea how much potential there is in these peptides. I’m very interested to learn more now, and thinking about trying GLPs myself.
Really enjoyed the episode. Thank you for the great information.
I have several programs but not the RGB bundle so hopefully soon I’ll get it 😉 Thanks for the guest. I saw her on Chalene and since you support her, it means even more.
it is absolutely amazing that you have her on
Please help a Canadian girl out 🙏🏻
I was wondering how Adam got it? Do you need a prescription? Or is that only for the name brand versions?
I'm not sure if it works the same in Canada but here your best bet is to find a Dr or health care provider that is able to prescribe meds but is also independent of medical conglomerates,
which here typically means you pay up front and health insurance is little to no help
Then the prescription is taken to a compounding pharmacy,
which means they prepare the medication in house customized to your specific needs!
@KaapiGlen0ra just curious...how much do you pay for the sake of comparison?
@@KaapiGlenwhat dose are you taking?
Very enlightening! Fantastic Interview
Wow- what a GREAT podcast!!!! Thank you SO much ❤
I’ve been waiting for this interview! ✨👍🏽
My 12 year old plays rec soccer. Parents still see the need to set up a snack schedule for games where everyone brings cookies, Gatorade and chips. I refuse to participate. I don’t see how refueling after a sporting event with toxic “food” is beneficial.
What happened to the oranges
I love dr tyna she’s amazing ❤
That's what they actually are charging for, that you only have to do it every week instead of every few minutes.
love listening to her!
So excited about this episode!!!
Just fabulous! Thank you ❤
If Wegovy or Ozempic are going to help us to heal our bodies, I'm going for it. I am working with doctors and dieticians from Stanford now. I will start strength training and do this right. Yes, I have Wegovy. It's good to get the right information. Thank you😊
Mounjaro has helped me so much Losing 95 lbs, I eat more whole and clean now, my A1C went from 6.0 to 5.1.
@ MounjarojourneywithPam can I ask what dose you are using please?
I think that the reason why you can run into problems with injections of these peptides is that the effect of the signaling is not turned off after a short while as it would be naturally occurring in the body.
I do love learning new things so I will be paying good attention like always because you guys rock
Take my peptides!!! lol
Love you guys! Very beneficial podcast
So far interesting episode! I will need to listen to this twice for sure
OMG, great video... Sharing with all my family 🫶
Omg!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 these guys are the real AVENGERS! Let’s take out BIG PHARMA 🖤🖤🖤
Thank you for all you do!

Thanks for this. I got a lot from this interview!
Much awaited topic!
After a month on 2.5 percent, my chronic inflammation and joint issues that were never there before from Moderna booster shot and thumb surgery literally started going down and continues to get better after 2 years of being unable to move well from chronic joint pain.
Loved this episode so much. I wish a dexa scan and weight lifting was a part of the Rx. Should be mandatory.
award winning episode 🥇
This is amazing!! Help please! How do I find a doctor near me who can work with me on this? I’m finding it hard to find a physician who thinks this way. They either dismiss me or want to do a hysterectomy! I’ve been searching for years for some solution like this!
Hello, reach out to your insurance. They can help you find a great doctor.
Sharing this with everyone i know its that good
Good program
This was frickin' 🔥 🔥 💥💥💥
Around 30:39 is Dr. Tyna saying Semaglutide? I’m struggling with my craving to drink. When I do all of my gains from the day go out the window. I’d love to get ride of my hedonistic behavior. I’d like to try some of that peptide.
you lose urge to drink, drugs etc....
Loved this conversation
Then had great r toe fusion. As a person who has been a runner my whole life. I need help. I want to run again. I do lift. I do great stretching. I do kettle bell. Want to do alot more but pain of arthritis is also an issue. Please answer where I can get this help. Love listening to you. Thk you. So much.
Experimental only..I would like to try these peptides. How can I get glp1?

What an awesome episode
So glad I found this, thanks for the interview. Now following you and Dr. T! 🫶🏻
Just an amazing conversation
Are you sure it does not have bad side effects?
I've been on semaglutide about 2 months, im 38. No to mention weight loss, but I just feel like I'm in my 20s again. I feel lighter, I think clear again, so much motivation it's amazing peptide!
What dose are you on? After finding Dr Tyna and micro doesing I’m considering staying really low and not moving up.
@CrystalReneTheLifeTheLook
Hey I'm on 1mg it's just I can't find a specialist to prescribe me lower dose/Micro dose. Usual gps have only set guidelines by manufacturer
@CrystalReneTheLifeTheLook I'm on 15 clicks. My doctor gives me 1 mg dose pen which is 78 clicks in totally mg. So we staying fairly low. So basically like 0.10mg my maths is bed hehe 😅
@@NikitaZimovets-zv7buof semiglutide?
