Our impression of the rest of Greece Athina Hotel is located in Paralia Neou Panteleimon Pieria Greece. In fact the hotel did not meet the three-star status - a hostel with a swimming pool around which are farmland, highways (in which every night continuously drove the truck) and built a tunnel which carried blasting. Distance to the sea was 1100 meters, not 500 as written on the site. We like newlyweds were given a room with some metal beds, then we complained and number changed to the same conditions, with only two rooms and a double bed. The rooms have 1 double bed, 1 two-storey metallic bed, toilet and shower combined in one room 2x2 (and the photo on the site looks like a separate shower) is in rust and mildew, in the kitchen was refrigerator & shelf and no kitchen utensils - no kettle or cups, nothing ... The cabinets had no hangers, so we had to hang our things on two-storey bed. Doors without handles, cabinet without handles too. Every three days they came to pick up trash for 10 days spent there never changed the towels and bedding and not cleaned. Sleeping there was unreal - the noise from the road, from the tunnel, the spinning disco to 3 am, and our observations no attention is paid. Dining lousy - breakfast daily monotonous, meat cutting has been submitted flawed, dinner was steamed chicken, rice, potatoes - any national dishes, seafood only fish (hake), fruit given once for all 10 days (only nectarines) 1 times wine and Greek vodka(ouzo). Coffee and tea were just at breakfast (and it was not coffee, diluted coffee drinks and tea only color similar to tea), and for dinner they took coffee machines - said «it's finish», and to drink something hot at the evening you need to ask the staff ... Before dinner, never had hot water and although we have repeatedly complained - nothing changed. Company representative were Zhorik and Jacqueline (so they introduced) that instead of solving problems misused client and did nothing, just collect money from people on the tour ... In the last three days to our number added two people in the next room. Conclusions are: terrible hotel, no service, no rest only stresses. No one shall recommend this hotel!

What we offer to our clients is always according to the contract we have with the travel agency, and our rooms are exactly as shown on our web page. The services we provided was more from what your travel agency was asked for you , and also for the 16 euro per night you have paid, for room, breakfast and dinner . Zhorik and Jacqueline do not belong to my staff but they were representatives from your travel agency. As to what you say about the cleaning services, the rooms were cleaned and everything was changed every three days. Telling lies to create impressions is not good.
