- Welcome to this sleep hypnosis for Celtic healing energy, to encourage a natural healing for your mind, body and spirit, and to clear negativity for new growth before deep sleep.
This hypnosis experience is a form of guided sleep meditation with spoken suggestions for relaxation and healing, accompanied with a soothing soundscape of gentle background sleeping music.
This hypnotic session combines aspects of self hypnosis, guided meditation and guided visualization to allow a beautiful sense of replenishing and rejuvenating dreams within an ancient, Celtic land.

25 years of smoking...listened to this guys quitting smoking video 3 days in a row right at bed time and the third time I woke up and absolutely 100% forgotten that I had ever smoked in my life. It wasn’t until i was out having drinks that a friend asked to bum a smoke, I told him I didn’t know what he was talking about. My friend pulled up pictures of me with cigarettes in my hand and it was at that moment the cravings came back. Needless to say I fought the craving, came back home that night, listened again, & today I am one year clean of nicotine. No vape vices or juul either, totally done. I’m 42 & feel like I’m in my early 20’s again! I’m not a big commenter on UA-cam videos but I give credit when credit is due. Thank you for giving myself & everyone else around the globe at another shot at life. You, are a god send my brother 🤘
First of all congrats for that, could you maybe tell me if you stopped right away after starting to listen to the video or was it just like that after the third night?
Kinda struggling to quit at the time myself, so I could use any advise I can possibly get.
AppleToGo Hey it’s been four months since your comment but I quit myself 8 months ago. The best way for me was to give myself an exact date and time to quit and after that I was done. I use an app that tells me how much my body healed over time and that really helped. It would like “hey, you’re oxygen is back to normal” and “heh, your cilia are doing great” and what not and learning about how my body had healed kept me motivated. and then i just.... stopped.

Almost five years sober, fourth and final year at uni, just diagnosed with narcolepsy and stressed, but your meditations are the only time i have ,where I truly relax and get out of my own mind. My sleep paralysis and narcolepsy was caused by mercury poisoning that came from my "silver" dental fillings. Look into Andy Cutler protocol.

I knew I was meant to return here like that of the ouroubos to deeply listen.
I was filled with so much fear - in ways I never knew and unintegrated I unknowingly hurt myself and others. I was afraid to trust listening to hypnosis. I had to become brave to hear in between the spheres in the making of wor(l)ds. Little did I know. There was and is a wealth to be found here in healing nature - 360°.

your videos always help me when i’m stressed out or anxious. i used to toss and turn every night. my only problem is i’m such a light sleeper that i wake up to the video minutes after i fall asleep. but i usually can just shut it off and fall back asleep.

I am Celtic anstesry and grateful to manifest in this meditation my heart to heal the last wild salmon run in the world in the 2000 mile run to Alaska Yukon River tributaries to spawn. The. Temperature are increasing in the water and air and creating conditions that salmon can not live in please help these conditions by blessing them !!!
