Can't believe how swanky my old neighborhood has become, made possible by the fact that the buildings were meant to last and were built with respect for the working class. So, now they can be made into upscale apartments. This townhouse is very good for either a large family, as there are in Crown Heights, or for an urban Kibbutz.
I would have taken out the laundry room and made one large bathroom, because it would have the window. (there doesn't seem to have a vent in the bathroom). The laundry could be in the basement.
The backyard is big enough for a lap pool! And a small outdoor kitchen. That would be awesome!
