Pablo made it simple with exercise that focuses on contra-body movements that leaders can use while dancing.
Thank you so much for sharing these exercises.

Excellent algorithm today. I am trying to learn how to do a lapiz in conjunction to a follower's giro or medio giro. Thanks a million. .

The point is that untrained dancer amateur does not know that his body is prepared for different task than a dance and to be good at it some work is needed (!) over our muscles (!),not in terms of body building but reconstruction to new task .Memory in our brain plays most important role.It is called movement memory and should be drilled as every part of out body to get what we want .Our body is very flexible and to some extent , by daily drills can extend it's capacities.Brain as well.Repetition is mother of skill .... and tango dance as well :)
My experience, after 6 years of dance, says that after every lesson one should drill the material for next week on daily basis minimum 30 min .Than no problem would raised.More! by doing that one can early detect faults made and to be consulted next meeting with instructor.

Good lesson, BUT sound is poor. Please use a better microphone or a head mic. Secondly it would help enormously if one could see your movements also from behind, i.e. turn your back to the camera, show the movement and only then turn towards the camera. Otherwise the viewer constantly has to change sides in his mind eg when you turn.

los videos muy buenos, pero el sonido es malo, se escucha muy bajo y lejano, disculpas, no lo digo por criticar.

Just showing / explaining a movement isn't enough. There should follow a phase for practice either to a metronome or (better) to music. See how Vlad does it: ua-cam.com/video/ajM8i5hWhms/v-deo.html

I have reviewed your lesson and compared it to two others: www.jochenlueders.de/?p=14427
