Very simple, clear and clean video. Keep it up!!! Sir, i have one query. * At @11:25, you have mentioned that with ZLAN, we can able to connect multiple modbus serial devices at input but in that case, we have to connect change device ID of those devices. My question is how? There was no configuration page to do so? * Furthermore, physically we can able to connect multiple modbus serial devices to our zlan devices "period" but what will be there input coil addresses? Hope i'm making sense.
Hi Friend, I got your point and I have explained or done same thing in below videos. and once you connect multiple device we dont need to configure anything on zlan page we just need to change device id in the software where we are working. 1: ua-cam.com/video/KyjpkvG5CM0/v-deo.html 2: ua-cam.com/video/0WMPEwvdzK4/v-deo.html 3: ua-cam.com/video/AIlAdwCq3hk/v-deo.html
@@Fusion_Automate Thanks for the reply! Now, i got your point. Correct me if I'm wrong. With all the software such as modbus poll, kepware, node-red; there is also the option to insert the device-id as well. By using this field, we can able to take the simultaneous data from multiple devices at the same time.
Hi Fusion Automate, following your video using similar device (ethernet to rs485) work fine with me .. but wandering how do you get the information that the modbus address is 30002 and 30003 .. and input register as modbus point type .. i cannot find any information or documentation about it, and lucky I found this video.
Hello, it was nice and informative video you shared, i ma using this converter for my applications, recently i have faced one issue and i am unable to resolve it, if you please help then it would be very kind of you. issue was i have configured this converter with PLC and it is working fine but once i power off the device and again power it on then LINK breaks down and if i remove the TCP/IP Cable and again connect it then, converter starts working properly. Can you help me with this.?
