At times it’s painful to hear these false teachers. I choose to focus my thoughts on gratitude that the Father set me free from many lies, and promises to continue to do the work in me.
Christian mysticism: It’s when hyper charismatic practices aren’t enough, it keeps going into more and more gnostic (special knowledge) and mystic (obsession with union) doctrine, manifestations, and experiences. It becomes an addiction to feeling His presence, having more of God, emotionalism, and deeper supernatural experiences.
Brian and Liz have hypnotic voices, that’s part of it, whether they realize it or not, mystic type meditative practices put you in a different functioning reality of false union and peace, genuine reality holds love and truth, beauty and pain, life and death and only God can bring us through it all. Thank God I’ve been saved out of Christian (in name only) mystic and new age practices. If anyone watching is involved, I strongly encourage you to repent in the name of Jesus. It’s a fools paradise that will crumble.
Absolutely. I think they do it deliberately aligned with eastern practices of meditation and hypnosis. It is seductive, which also appeals to and is directed to the flesh, experience based. That is the tool of deception. As music is used in a similar fashion. They use the "frequencies" they believe in, to achieve their goals, to seduce and deceive their audience.
Yes, mysticism, NAR, but wow! So much reference to new thought, a movement based on vibrations ( physics ) which we ordinary Christians cannot possibly understand because we do not know the spiritual “secrets “ imparted to those who hold more “knowledge and spiritual ascension “than we do. Very concerning.
I’m so thankful that the Lord pulled me out of all of this. I used to watch Justin, Liz etc. Praise the Lord I knew enough of the word that eventually I knew it wasn’t lining up. I think listening to these makes one feel powerful, important and maybe more “connected” than the “chosen frozen.” I’m appreciative of folks like you sounding the alarm and pointing out the errors.
But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (II Peter 2:1)

Thank you brother for contending for the faith - I pray God uses your show and others like it to bring people to faith in Christ and out of these delusions. It’s so sad.
I believe 100% that’s true. We’re looking at the beginning of the one world religion but they have to get the Christians all singing from the same sheet music. Eliminating all the denominations by shifting them over to all this nonsense is a critical step in that.
Wow, just wow. I can't believe people even listen to this and actually think this is of God. Wow. Im speechless. This is the "different gospel" Paul speaks of. Gods judgement will be eternal hellfire. We need to pray for these individuals.
Has anyone noticed that when these people discuss the Holy Spirit, they say things like “Holy Spirit does this” or “Holy Spirit does that” I’ve never read in the Bible where He’s referred to as “Holy Spirit” the Bible always as far as I know says “THE Holy Spirit” Does anyone know if that’s significant for something? I first heard that from a NAR “apostle” speaking in my church about two years ago and I thought “when did we start saying it that way?” Interested if anyone has any thoughts or insights on that. Thank you.
It has been a trend for over a decade, a characteristic of NAR speak. I think it's because they think it gives the perception that they are so close to "Holy Spirit" - a kind of intimate relationship with him unlike "religious folk" who have rejected this current "revival" and are missing out on the things of the "Spirit." But many NARites are just parroting what they hear anyway. It could also be due to their emphasis on the "things of the Spirit" - signs, wonders, manifestations, etc, but we know of course that the Holy Spirit always points to Christ - something NARites don't do.
It really isn't an issue. Look at it this way, we call Father, Father. Or The Father. We call Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit or what you say THE Holy Spirit. Either way is correct.
@@happy777abc Actually I’ll have to disagree. The argument Bethel people always answer with if you mention these new age practices as unbiblical: “The devil can’t create anything. At the very least she could send the footage to Guinness to document the first time in history that something genuinely miraculous actually happened at Bethel.
Surprised people still attend Bethel, especially after they tried to raise a little girl from the dead and failed to do so. So sad for the parents 😢 And everyone else still going there 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Paul is a good example (possibly the first 'mystic in sheeps clothing'?) when he is saying he was shown mysteries that were unknown up to then, which really isn't the case. He is preaching another gospel than Jesus did.
