Yes ,branch change is possible but if you are enrolling yourself in a branch for 4 years , even if you want to change your branch still jo branch josaa k time you will get ,make sure ki you can continue with that branch for next 4 years as branch change k liye rules hote hai that only 10% of the strength of the branch is allowed to change their branch .

i know about the academic status of iit ropar but there is very less information about other things so i want to know what is the status of sports activities , clubs and societies , and extra circullar activities here??? is there intra college sports tournaments or other competitions(like debating or bhangra or any other)?? please tell me in detail beacuse i am getting iit ropar this year.... and the above mentioned activities are very close to my heart and important especially for me lastly,, what is status of iit ropar in participating in inter iit or any other inter college(within punjab or outside) culutural activities?????

So comimg to your question - yes we do have different sports activities in our college , different sports includes cricket, basketball,volleyball, badminton,hockey etc ,coaches are also there who train the teams ,there are regular sessions of sports . 2.yes there are various competitions in the college itself too between 1st ,2nd 3rd ,4th year mtech ,PhD and many more competitions in iit ropar. 3. We have oratory club(Ennarators) and Debsoc club for debating which has helped enhancing communication skills of students and dance club (D.cypher: name of the club) also you may checkout youtube channels or Instagram handles of our college clubs. 4.yes iit ropar do participate in inter iit competition ,soon this year inter iit is going to happen .✌️

What is average or median package of cse branch ?? I heard median of cse around 24 lpa . Is this right.....? And is there a good library and computer center?? How is the campus infrastructure?? I mean construction is going on ......?? All facilities are there or not like canteen or some booth of amul ??????
