very nice and clear explanation indeed !. I hope the portal has been now updated with much care and planning without giving scope for any glitches! If it is properly implemented then it is commendable work indeed ! what i genuinely doubt is whether the data operator or the applicant are fully conversant with the technicalities of this portal or not ! A small error in filling up the details can grossly misfire the entire process ! I also doubt if one can instantaneously make online payment through net banking because for making such payment the new beneficiary( ie say khazane2) has to be first created and added and wait for 24 hours from incorporation of beneficiary to remit more than Rs 50000 . Pl inform how this hurdle has been overcome / resolved ? Alternatively provision to pay through DD/ Neft /cash may also be included .
