How to make Butter Chicken & Butter Naan
lukewarm Water - 3 tbs
Sugar - 1 tsp
Instant yeast - 11/2 tsp
Milk - 1 Cup
Butter - 100gms
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 5 Cups
Egg - 1 nos
Sugar - 2 tbs
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Big onion - 4 nos
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Cashew nuts - 50gms
Butter - 50gms
Chicken - 35 Pieces
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 2 tbs
ginger paste - 2 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbs
Garam Masala powder - 1tsp
TOMATO puree
Water - 11/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Kasoorimethi powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Egg - 2 nos

20 വർഷം മുമ്പ് കണ്ട നല്ല ഓർമ്മയുണ്ട്. മാജിക്ക് ഓവൻ കാത്തിരിക്കമായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പൊ വളരെയധികം മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ.
ലക്ഷ്മി മേഡം ഞാൻ ഓർമ വച്ച കാലം മുതൽ മേഡത്തിന്റെ മാജിക് ഓവൻ കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങിയതാണ്. എനിക്ക് പാചകത്തോട് ഉള്ള ഇഷ്ടം വർധിക്കാൻ കാരണം മേഡത്തിന്റെ പ്രോഗ്രാം ആണ്. അതിനു നന്ദി പറയേണ്ടത് എന്റെ അമ്മയോട് ആണ്. മേഡത്തിന്റെ പ്രോഗ്രാം കാണുമ്പോൾ എന്റെ കുട്ടിക്കാലം ഓർമ വരും. ഒരുപാട് ഇഷ്ടം 😘😘🙏🙏❤️❤️
അന്നത്തെ ചേച്ചി കുറച്ചു ഷൈ ആയിരുന്നു.അധികം സംസാരിക്കില്ല... ഇപ്പോ........ദാ charu para....... ന്ന്‌... വാ പൂട്ടത്തെയില്ല....😘😘
20 വർഷം മുൻപ് 4 വയസ്സേ ഉള്ളെങ്കിലും Magic oven അപ്പുറത്ത് വീട്ടിൽ പോയിരുന്നു കാണുന്നത് ഓർമ്മയുണ്ട്...(എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ എന്ന് tv ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു..) such a nostalgic memories...good old days💞💞
