Looks like a nice true smaller leaf schefflera. Good leaf size for bonsai. I have a few about the same thickness that I am planning on joining for a small 3-5 trunk clump. Another pro to the aerial roots is when you want to prune it back and make cuttings, they're already rooted. 🙌
Yes that is a good point that I didn't even think about! I have a few long ones that I took as cuttings that I'm thinking about doing something with. Maybe root over rock or something.
