Great video, I thought you could have added in a couple of other places a bit further out from Perth CBD. Yanchep National park is beautiful and only a 60min drive also the Perth Hills or Swan Valley

We do have some pretty good schools .
Balcatta and Rossmoyne are good examples of government High schools.
Guildford Grammar an excellent example of high end private. North Averly is a superb primary school.
There are others but at the other end there are a small few I wouldn't recommend.
