I remember watching dylan bulk years ago eating McDonald’s and drinking milkshakes and shit, and look at him now. not blasting shit trying to compete and taking his health as his main priority, fucking inspiring truly.
Stay focused Dylan! Been watching you for a bit. Glad to see you working on your future and no longer takin gear. And being open about it! Stay focused brother. :))))
I enjoyed this video sooo much. I love how you use more of a higher fat approach. Carbs and fats are so interchangeable and high carbs make me so hangry during a cut its great that you discuss how its not for everyone. This was awesome, thanks for the content! Cheers from Costa Rica ♥
Okay so, something must had happened while you were on a cycle during prep, maybe like a health concern that really changed your perspective in life, and made you realize that longevity is more important than looking good for the stage. Good for you anyways, you chose the right path.
I'm thinking so as well shit just abruptly changed.. Dylan's just going with it accepting all the comments like "dude you're so inspirational you've grown so much and changed"... but a scare or something happened for sure.. You don't just go kill it and get your pro card then all the sudden decide you want to do a complete 180 when your whole life's goal and passion was to compete or get big as possible...
It’s all these bodybuilders dying especially Rhoden who was thought to be one of the healthiest ones if anything,i think it woke some guys up the final straw
Honestly man to me you look way better right now than when you were the mass monster stepping on stage. Obviously less mass but this is more aesthetic to me.
Really liked this video and the last video. Enjoyed hearing why you stopped blasting steroids and your overall health goals. I know you said you are taking a grass fed grass finished beef liver. Have you listened to Paul Saladino at all and if so what are you thoughts around that? If not I would give some of his podcasts a listen as it is super interesting in figuring out what we as humans should be eating from an evolutionary standpoint.
Since your body only absorbs a certain amount of protein etc at once, whats the benefit of cramming 3 meals into 1 at one time? If you have the same window of eating with the same amount of food isnt it best to spread it out? I may have missed it in the video it was sort of just on in the background.
Throwback to throwback to the island days I’ve been training for eight years and I found you and Dave’s UA-cam channel and my first year of lifting in and I’ve never looked back. Noticed the song you used in the gym edit 💪
No one really deadlifts more than twice a week, for optimal strength gains I would do one day with your normal deadlift variation and one day with a variation that targets your weaknesses (deficit deadlifts, block pulls), that got my deadlift from like 385lbs to 500lbs in 10 months
@@nboyd4762 you don’t wanna deload more than once every 4-5 weeks, just do 5x5 deadlift once a week and 4x8 deficit deadlifts once a week on a different day. Add weight or reps each week and deload after 5 weeks. That’s enough programming to get you to a 405-425 deadlift
Pasture raised organic eggs are just overpriced bs from corn and soy supplemented chickens. Better than conventional obviously but still really estrogenic and far from healthy. I would recommend finding a local farm that has corn/soy free pastured chickens especially if you are gonna eat multiple eggs almost daily.

I remember when he didn’t even have a channel and was just doing random Hodge twins impressions on Dave’s channel. Lol
"Taking his health as his main priority"............ Injecting himself with who knows what cocktail of unnatural shit to stay shredded..... Riiiiiight
@@tedvis he doesn't juice anymore pal
We all want a collab with Qwin, now that he’s back on youtube consistently, I think it would be cool seeing you two make a vid again.
Thats not gonna happen
Stop living in the past.

I love you Dylan
Purple Island videos were so heat

Could you please make a detailed video (or a short series) on your entire week of workouts?

Would love to see Greg react to this vid, love u dyl
ORGANIC IS THE NEW LITERALLY
hey dylan , do u ever use glucose disposel agent? have u tried it ?
What meal prep company do you order from? Looks like some good healthy shit.
Finally somebody that understands training even super high intensity should not feel like cardio.. hes actually becoming an athlete.
Ohhhhh SHIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEETTTT!
After seeing this guy go natty I ask myself are those temp extra gains really worth it if it fucks your health in the long run?
Do a reunion video with the whole squad (David, Qwin, Jonah...) in island gym💪💪💪

Dyl, that's a cool Siberian cat.
I have one as well. there's no mistaking a Siberian..
What's her or his name

LOL love how u went in the closet. I wana do youtube but I worry about the same type of shit
Nice vid
Dylan, Hello. Can you help me with my body? I want to be strong and shredded.
Did island get completely torn down?
Is there a reason why he brings only videos when david is doing videos?
Purple island 💅🏽💁♀️🤝
You at Armbrust? Solid gym
One day we will see jersey squad together again 🙂
I’m a purple islandddd boyyyy
Anyone know what he is running atm as TRT?
Only real OGs know that Brown Paper Bag was also used for his first prep series intro back in 2019.
Purple island gym was the OG
Hey dylan, ive hear Tumeric can mess up some other functions in your body, you might want to look at that
Do you know how? I've been taking it for a couple months now. Wondering if its worth it, thanks for any response.
Like dht right?
Oh most def been watching since them days. Dylan used to eat like shit 😂
Turmeric lowers dht which may not be the best option
Hey Dylan I was wondering how often to deadlift for optimal strength gains
It really depends on your strength level and days u can train, but i would say 2-3 days
No one really deadlifts more than twice a week, for optimal strength gains I would do one day with your normal deadlift variation and one day with a variation that targets your weaknesses (deficit deadlifts, block pulls), that got my deadlift from like 385lbs to 500lbs in 10 months
@@lvp_24 Thanks, normally I deadlift twice a week and do 1 week heavy followed by a week deload

I brought your couching on Wednesday and still haven’t heard anything from you lmao dose it usually take this long😂
It’s the end of the “big cheese era”
Your skin is so clean now. Acne was from the steroids or just normal cause?
If TRT helps you then great don't stress about it
Had to click on this video as soon as I saw it
og squad

Yo guys

Video Start at 14:24 min. Thank ne later 😎
Bro… by the things you’re doing to maintain a lean physique, it seems to me you’re trying to maintain a bf% that is not sustainable for your genetics
It’s extremely attainable and I enjoy food everyday, and have the best energy I’ve ever had.
