- hello loves! in today’s video i am helping you to relax! easing your stresses and anxieties by teaching you a special breathing technique. this breathing exercise helps with relaxing you and even lower blood pressure, blood sugar, and aid with abnormal heart rate issues. additionally i shower you with personal attention like playing with your hair, a head massage, and body massage! this is also my first time doing layered sounds!! i end off the video with my favorite triggers for anxiety and giving you a goodnight kiss 💋 i hope you enjoy much love

Slow deep breathes usually calm me down before doing anything that's out of my comfort zone, mostly before an interview or when I have to make a speech / presentation. It relaxes me and makes me feel in control, so doing it before bed is also soothing and now I'm also gonna be young forever 👶🏽

I agree other comments that you are very generous in this video. I mean this video has maybe 3 or more videos worth concepts. For instance there could be a trigg3er words only video, and another video with face brushing and another one with gentle tapping on objects. So this video is very helpful to choose which triggers give me tingles the most ❤
