This one really reminds me of byzantine power game by Kärtsy Hatakka & Kimmo Kajasto from the first Max Payne game but this one sounds more like a Stealthy or Special Ops kind of thing when the other one from the first game sounded like a badass wanted vigilante with nothing to lose kind of thing.
In my opinion this is basically byzantine power game part II because in the first one the idea of the "byzantine power game" was woden and the inner circle but that power has since shifted and the antogonist (Vlad) is starting to get some of that power, hence why it plays during the final fight and some levels where you fight the cleaners (Vlad's henchmen) i think
The reason why is that...well, the Cleaners.
