Yo, Note to self, there will be certain files that are named - 001,- 002, -003, -004, Specifically Rev is the most common and the base_dlc3.xpak happened to be my issue, When u rename the file and take out the dash ( - ) and the 001 and leave the rest it fixes the textures, if anyone so happens to click this video in the foreseeable future

that happened to me as well i noticed two zip folders in my browser's downloads section one had everything and the other had one or two files that were missing from the first folder. i just moved that lone file to the rest of them and all was well
