Hello friends! A few things: - Folks ask about getting cards to hospitals. I DO NOT recommend mailing them to the hospital or dropping them off. This adds to the choas and uncertainty. Instead, ask around and find someone who works inside. A nurse, doctor, etc. Ask them personally if cards would be welcomed. I have found they always say YES (very excitedly). I get the cards to this person. They take them and pass them out or put in breakroom or whatever. I give the cards in envelopes and in a large sealed bag. I put "packaged on (date)" so they know any potential germs inside have died. This has worked well. - Same goes for nursing homes. - Other people who you can give cards to: teachers, neighbors, grocery store workers (!!), postal workers, etc. - I also found an organization locally who is delivering bags of food to families in need. I am making happy cards to go in these bags. What a way to encourage during scary times! - Hope this info is helpful! HUGS!!!
Hi Jennifer! Stephanie Clapper again! Thank you for your tips on how to share our cards, especially with our local medical employees. Per your reply to my question, I checked out Hero Arts Crafty Kids Hour, Thx! I also Googled Good Housekeeping for children’s crafts and they have lots of fun projects, for almost all age groups. My sincere thanks for your help. 😊💖
Jennifer McGuire Ink thank you for this information...! You have been such A HUGE inspiration to ALL of us. May God continue to bless you as He has used you to bless others. I am so grateful 🙏😇🤗
I was going to send some through Operation Gratitude. You can send some to Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Health Care Providers. You just tell them who they are for. You can even send in kids pictures. www.operationgratitude.com/
A big thanks to all the healthcare and essential workers out there and also a big thank you to you Jennifer. It may sound stupid, but watching your video's on youtube seem to calm me when i'm having an off day. They just brighten up my day when I need it the most, so thank you and I hope you keep doing what you are and know that we are here whenever you need a very long distance hug from all of us.
God bless you for doing your deeds of kindness Jennifer, and all the first responders, essential first line grocery and drug store workers, medical professionals... may all of them and you and your family be healthy and safe.
I can’t tell you what it means to me to have someone like you, whom I admire so much, talk openly about anxiety. It is so hard and I am sure the current stay at home orders are making many more people anxious in their isolation. You offer a beautiful, hopeful, coping method and once again prove why it is you are so important to the card making community. Being kind to others is a marvelous way to deal with anxiety. You offer a really painless and beautiful way to do it. Thank you, Jennifer, from the bottom of my heart. You make a difference.
My daughter is a 1st grade teacher, so I’ve massed produced “missing you” cards for her grade level team teachers to send to their classroom students. I’ve also mass produced “thank you” cards for those teachers to send to their students’ parents and to their school administrators. I enjoyed making the cards and there are lots of recipients out there now receiving happy mail. We’re all in this together and kindness means a lot at times like this.
As a nurse, I'd like to say thanks for your kindness and encouragement. It is a crazy time, it is a time for us to all be there for each other, we all play a part. Stay safe everyone, and keep an eye out for your loved ones and neighbours.
Jennifer, “YOU COULDN’T BE MORE AWESOME”!!! 🌟🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼💞 & To ALL ESSENTIAL WORKERS, I BOW TO YOU IN DEEPEST GRATITUDE.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😷 for THE MOST BENEVOLENT OUTCOME.
I haven’t ever seen this technique before. It’s amazing! I will definitely try it out. My husband received a letter from the governor to carry with him to and from work. He is one of the “Essential” workers right now. He works at a plant that is making the Lycra that goes into the medical masks, gowns, and protective wear. I have a weakened immune system and CNS disease that left me homebound. Making cards is therapeutic. I’m also making cards for the healthcare workers in our town. Thank you for your sweet caring heart. Happy crafting and keep safe :)
Jennifer you ALWAYS AMAZE me! 😀💗Your heart is filled with so much love, kindness, and every other positive adjective out there!😀💗. Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring so many of us! Liz 😊💗👍🏼🌸
This is an awesome technique, Jennifer. It definitely has the WOW factor. I'm sure the hospital workers who receive these will be very appreciative and comforted knowing people do care about them.❤️🌹
Jennifer, THANK YOU for taking the time to mass produce these cards and I know that the people who receive them will welcome them and feel that they really are appreciated. You are awesome Jennifer. Thank you for all you do for us cardmakers, you have helped me so much. Stay safe and healthy.
This was awesome. My husband is a power lineman and still has to work. I am anxiety ridden every day when he leaves. Doing my best to keep things clean and organized and keep crafting. But I’m definitely relying on other creators to help me stay positive and encouraged. Thank you for your extra videos. I know how much work they are. ❤️🌈
Wow! What a fantastic idea (to cut shapes out of foam). Must try this. If you make thank you cards, you an pass them out to First Responders, hospital personnel, etc. They sure deserve our thanks right now.
Thanks for ALL your videos, Jennifer. I've been making my own cards for almost 30 years. I felt I was getting stagnant since none of my friends stamp any longer. Then I found you on UA-cam. Your videos inspire me and teach me so many new techniques. I made 50 assorted cards for a local nursing home, then found out they weren't accepting them any longer. All of my family and friends are getting cards in the next week! Adding postage to send these is well worth it. Please take care. Stay safe and well.
I have been thinking of making Christmas cards while I am in isolation. After this video, I know how I will do them. Thank you, Jennifer. Stay safe and healthy.
Hi jennifer. I am from the UK and love card making and have followed you for a few years. I am on the front line helping fight this virus and I thank you for inspiring people to give us love and support. God bless you xx
Jennifer, you are a genius!! Such a time save saving way to make cards. Using the foam in a game changer!! Stay safe Jennifer, much appreciation to you for keeping us busy!! Sending love and hugs!!
Your ingenuity and generosity never cease to amaze me. Many thanks to you and Simon Says Stamp for inspiring me as we stay in and flatten the curve. 🏡💙
Oh my goodness, Jennifer! That tip about cutting foam to use as "stamps" to color the flowers has to be the all-time favorite tip I've every learned!!! You are an amazing, thoughtful, talented stamper, and I so appreciate all your videos that help us learn new things! Thank you, once again!
What a great idea! My husband still goes to work everyday (Postmaster) and although I am a teacher and don't go into the school building, I am creating lessons everyday for my students to complete online. However, I make time everyday to send cards to people that are alone during this challenging time. I just hope the people receiving these cards get half as much joy receiving them as I do making them! Positive vibes to all!
i would love to send you a card. could you email me your address? go to my website and click "about me" then "contact me". be sure to chose "kindness card". Thanks! :)
I'm so glad I'm not the only one having trouble concentrating to craft. I have some beautiful new stamps and dies I got just before the mayhem, but just can't make myself sit down. First, I am going to make myself sit down and sew masks for whoever needs them because I do sew and have scraps that can be put to good use. Thank you, Jennifer, for all your super ideas and generous heart.
Thank you Jennifer for all you do! I have been a fan of yours for a long time and enjoy your tutorials. Your voice is so soothing and I love your card design style. These cards are wonderful! I am a nurse and on behalf of all in our profession I thank you for sharing your love to us healthcare workers during this challenging time. Like you, I turned to cardmaking as art therapy to ease anxiety and find serenity. Thank you again for sharing your passion and creativity!
Thank you for your videos. I am a nurse. I enjoy watching crafting videos in my down time to de stress from the job. One day I plan to put the varying techniques in to use.
Thanks for the great idea! I'm also making "thank you" cards and also cards for the residents where my mom lives. They're in serious lockdown and can't even leave their rooms. I'm making and sending them cards to let them know they're not forgotten but actually thought of especially at this time. I know it's driving my poor mother crazy as she's VERY social! Anyway, I think we should also remember them and how much a "thinking of you" card would mean. We should all carry a few completed one's to hand out when we get out to let those working know we appreciate them and the risks they're forced to take. Thanks again for sharing this much, much faster method!! Will be starting this today!!! Stay safe everyone!
Godmother of cards. YOU are the most Awsome and generous person I know. God bless you, Jenifer. In a way you are my mentor.Thank you for everything you do for us!!! And I still would like to see your desk when you are done creating.
When my son was going thru tough times, I told him to reach out and serve others to find himself. Thank you for reminding ME to do the same! Oh, and thanks for the fun foam tip!
Thanks for this great idea! I never thought of cutting craft foam into shape to use as stamps for coloring. This opens up a lot of ideas! Bye the way, the cards turned out beautifully! I'm sure that the medical staff people will truly appreciate these. They certainly deserve this for all that they are doing for our country!!!
Crafting is therapeutic for me too! Unfortunately my hubby took over my craft room as his new office (lots of computers all over my desk, etc.) I feel like I need it for my mental health but it is the only quiet place in the house so it is what it is. There are worse things. I love watching all of your long videos!
YOU never cease to amaze me with your creativeness!! I love EVERYTHING you do...it’s ALWAYS perfect and your instructions are so easy to follow!! I’m certainly grateful that you chose card-making to showcase your creative nature, and that you share it with your loyal followers and outside world. You’ve become so successful because you are just that good, and you are so easy to listen to...thank you, thank you, please continue to inspire and encourage those who come here to join you for a bit of crafting 😻😻😻
It amazes me how you continue to provide trick after trick you share with us all. I love this idea for creating large amounts of the same card as I do this all the time. Thank you.
Dang it Jennifer every single time I think I know everything there is... nothing new to learn... you come up with something that completely blows my mind. You're amazing!
Oh this is a great idea! I’m making “ you’re Awesome” cards for the grocery store staff. What a great way to mass produce cards! I’m sure this would work on some of the critters I like to use. Thanks for another fabulous tip! Virtual hugs for Lila and high 5 for Colin. Hope you all stay healthy.❤️
i would love to send you a card. could you email me your address? go to my website and click "about me" then "contact me". be sure to chose "kindness card". Thanks! :)
Jennifer you are always so kind and joyful and I'm so grateful for you! I work for Amazon and we are so busy that I don't have time to craft so watching videos from my favorite people really helps so thank you and if your shipping label says PDX9 on it that's me sending a hug.
Oh, Jennifer, your big heart is showing, and it couldn't be more inspiring! You are so awesome, girl! You truly are. This speedy technique is great. I wish I could do it. Right now, I can hardly make one card due to considerable back pain. I also can't do the whole hop, but there are a couple of you I will always look for and follow. You keep me smiling! God bless you!
Jennifer, I have never seen this quick coloring trick before! How clever! Thanks so much for sharing, for all the cards you are making and sharing and your kind words. Hope you and your loved ones stay safe and well. -Stacy
Genius idea. Thank you for taking the time to do this. My job is still considered essential and I appreciate everyone who takes a moment to remember those of us who are still out there.
I made some foam "coloring" stamps a few months ago, for a set of small-image outline stamps, and mounted them on bottle caps. Thanks for teaching me how to use bigger foam stamps!
This was fun to watch. Again, you don’t disappoint. Thank you for the well wishes too. Even though I don’t know you, it is nice to here. You stay safe.
Well, you made that easy! I know I can do this too. You are so talented! I appreciate that you do this for all of us! Your heart is as big as the sky, doing those beautiful cards for all the hospitals❣️❣️❣️
Well wasn’t I lucky falling over this video! That is awesome and as someone with chronic pain that lately has become..nasty and exhausting, this technique may help me out greatly! Thank you! 😷🌹🌹😷 Keep safe!
Jennifer I always enjoy your videos. I have been stuck in creative limbo and I just happened to make 20 cards this past week by mass production. You are so right about it being very therapeutic. I love the way you made foam stamps for this card and I will incorporate that into my cards in the future. Thank you. Take care of you and your family. So grateful for you.
Thank you! I love your past videos on mass producing. I have watched them over and over. This one has great ideas too. This video is just what we need.
Your videos are always a big inspiration for me. In order to motivate my colleagues in radiology( i am a x-ray tech), I made badges and hope our team welds even more together in this crazy time. The idea is the same, thanks for that!
Jennifer, you are such a super human!! I have always loved watching and learning from your videos, but now in times like this you give even more. I don't know how you do it but, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Love this idea! You are brilliant! Great idea to make cards for those that have put their lives on the line, and for those in nursing homes who can't have visitors. I'm unable to visit my mother for the past 3 weeks. I do speak with her over the phone but it's not the same as face to face visit, especially with her memory issues. Thanks Jennifer for all you do.
I think this is brilliant and I am going to try this soon. I just sent 40 cards out to the elderly of our church praying that they stay safe and to let them know that they are thought of during this tough time. 40 cards all the same took me 2 days so anxious to give this method a try. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this, Jennifer. I'm just getting into colouring which I enjoy but I also do cards for charity and this technique will speed things up. Thank you too for your message to those still working. My daughter is supposed to be on holiday in the Canary's this week but not being able to go she has volunteered to do extra shifts at her GP surgery and out of hours centre and wouldn't dream of refusing. I know she and her colleagues will so appreciate your words,
You are incredibly awesome for so many reasons! Thank you for sharing your amazing talents to help us share handmade kindness! You’re such a blessing in my life, and so many others!
Wow!! Genius idea to save time when mass producing!!! Thanks for sharing and thanks for the inspiration to praise the frontline troops fighting this virus!!
TFS this idea Jennifer. It is something that we all can do for our health care workers. I also do diamond painting pictures and that, for me, is very calming. But hard on the back and eyes. So.........I'm going to use your idea and mass produce some cards for the nurses and health care works. Thanks for all your tutorials and creativity that you bring to the table. You stay safe and healthy during this crazy time. Sending hugs.
Thank you Jennifer for this great tip. I have made 35 note cards for supermarket staff, but it took me awhile to stamp and color. I really like this idea and will try it. Stay safe and happy.
Hi Jennifer! OMGosh, you are just SO amazing! I look forward to each and every video you give us, they are a gift. They all inspire me and make my Heart Smile! God Bless you & your family. Big Hugs!
My daughters and I made several cards to send to the two hospitals in our area. Each were different though and took some time. This is a wonderful inspiration to make more in a shorter period of time. Thank you so very much!! 💕
Thanks! I'm so amazed at all the techniques you come up with and they are fantastic. These are beautiful cards and you and this blog hop remind us of our connections to one another! We are all in this together all over the world and it boggles the mind! Stay well, stay happy, be creative and we will get through this.
Awesome idea Jennifer. I actually stamped with foam stamps that I made as well some time ago. I love the way the foam stamps color, as the colors are deep and pure!!! 💕
Thank you Jennifer! ...for this video and all the well wishes you extend out to all of us. I think I can speak for most if not ALL of your subscribers when I wish you and your entire family good health & wellness too. I can't wait to try this technique with my crafting buddy [zooming it of course]. Thank you so much Jennifer!
Jennifer thank you for doing this for all the people doing such great things and possibly putting themselves at risk. Also the inspiration here for those of us who craft is especially wonderful. It’s a difficult time for all but we have to remain together and support each other. You truly are a wonderful human. Thank you! ❤️
Beautiful cards. Amazing idea about cutting out the foam!! Your cards and your thoughts are as beautiful as you are, inside and out. Over here in Australia, you are all in my thoughts. Stay safe, stay well and #stayhome 💕💕💕💕
Thanks for your message. I’ve been feeling very stuck lately due to anxiety. Haven’t made a card in two months which isn’t my normal habit. Since September I’ve made over 50. Will try the mass idea. Hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. Greetings from South Africa
Jennifer, I am always impressed with your videos, You inspire me to try techniques that are new to me, such as this one today, Thank you for all that you do to keep us going. The recipients of these cards will appreciate them.
Genius! THANK YOU , Jennifer, for all of the frequent creative and inspiring card videos you’ve been doing during these difficult times. I have been in a bit of a slump and your videos have helped. They really have. Take care of yourself and your family. God bless!

Lol, thanks for posting this AFTER I made 30 Easter cards :) Seriously, thanks for sharing and inspiring me to Share Handmade Kindness. :)

Your videos bring a little normalcy to us. Thank you!
Oh my gosh I am FLOORED!! I use foam for stamping with dies all the time but I never thought of this! Such a time saver!
Jennifer, I have never seen this quick coloring trick before! How clever! Thanks so much for sharing, for all the cards you are making and sharing and your kind words. Hope you and your loved ones stay safe and well. -Stacy
Thank you for sharing your ingenuity and the encouragement during our difficult time Jennifer.
Genius idea. Thank you for taking the time to do this. My job is still considered essential and I appreciate everyone who takes a moment to remember those of us who are still out there.
Absolutely mind blowing! I make cards for my mom's nursing home. This technique will help enormously. Thank you.💚

Thank you Jennifer - excellent work - both in terms of the cards themselves and the recipients who I'm sure will be delighted to receive them!
Well, you made that easy! I know I can do this too. You are so talented! I appreciate that you do this for all of us! Your heart is as big as the sky, doing those beautiful cards for all the hospitals❣️❣️❣️
Wow Jennifer. Great ideas.. love your cards, so beautiful.. take care and be safe💕🙏🏼💕
This is a game-changer! I am not good at coloring stamps, so this just made a huge difference for my card making. THANK YOU!!!
Thank you- for your kind wishes and for making cards for our caregivers. Trusting God in this with you! 🙂❤️
I know she and her colleagues will so appreciate your words,
These cards are so cheery. They are beautiful and you are so thoughtful. I'm sure all of the recipients will love them.
You are incredibly awesome for so many reasons! Thank you for sharing your amazing talents to help us share handmade kindness! You’re such a blessing in my life, and so many others!
Thank you. U r the queen of product placement!
I love your kind heart! I'm very thankful for people like you AND I learn something new from every one of your videos. Thanks Jennifer!
WOW! You are amazing. Great cards. Stay healthy. TFS
You always uplift my spirit! You are a very generous person.
Great ideas and inspiration.
Thank YOU too.

Jennifer, you are absolutely amazing and so talented!
Just amazing...no words to describe this quick coloring video...you're genius ma'am
You are truely amazing 🥰 love the work you do and the passion you show in your videos.
Just Wow 🌸🌺🌸🌺👍👍👍

Thank you Jennifer! ...for this video and all the well wishes you extend out to all of us. I think I can speak for most if not ALL of your subscribers when I wish you and your entire family good health & wellness too. I can't wait to try this technique with my crafting buddy [zooming it of course]. Thank you so much Jennifer!
Jennifer thank you for doing this for all the people doing such great things and possibly putting themselves at risk. Also the inspiration here for those of us who craft is especially wonderful. It’s a difficult time for all but we have to remain together and support each other. You truly are a wonderful human. Thank you! ❤️
You are so thoughtful and special. Thank you for everything you do. I really admire you

We’re very thankful you’re here too, Jennifer! Big virtual hugs right back.
Thanks for your message. I’ve been feeling very stuck lately due to anxiety. Haven’t made a card in two months which isn’t my normal habit. Since September I’ve made over 50. Will try the mass idea. Hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. Greetings from South Africa
This is such a great idea using the foam. I'm so glad you are there to come up with all these great ideas you share. Stay well.

I remember you doing this technique before and will do it. My daughter and sister in law are both nurses. Thank you for all you do.
Thank you for sharing this technique. I didn't realize the craft foam could result in such great ink coverage. What a time saver! Stay well.
The cards are beautiful. What a wonderful and giving thing to do!
Genius! THANK YOU , Jennifer, for all of the frequent creative and inspiring card videos you’ve been doing during these difficult times. I have been in a bit of a slump and your videos have helped. They really have. Take care of yourself and your family. God bless!
Never would have thought to use foam to make a stamp. Brilliant! Thank you for all you do to help others. You truly are amazing! 💕
Such a great idea! Love this so much! But mama.... I seriously need a ton more envelopes! Lol! Thank you Jennifer! Stay safe and well! 💕🙋♀️
Thx for this. I’m very stressed out over this situation and hoping this will take my mind off all the bad news. Beautiful cards.
