Congrats again, buying a house(even with mortgage is a HUGE achievement). I used to think mortgage was a walk in the park and didn’t understand how financially and emotionally demanding it was until we bought ours. God is indeed faithful!

Either way we will be paying out monthly as long as we live somewhere but it’s sweet if it’s mortgage instead of rent because you know you are building equity in the property by paying mortgage.
