Luminar NEO: How to create the LOMO EFFECT

Join us as we teach you how to create the popular Lomo Effect in Luminar NEO. Initially, the Lomo look was created by a group of Austrian students who used old compact cameras to capture their images with several imperfections such as warping, vignettes, light leaks, and more. Today, Lomo photos are characterized by bright colors, lens distortions, high contrast, vignettes, and noise. These photos are not meant to look perfect but should represent a casual style that allows for endless freedom and creativity. In today's tutorial, we will use the Develop, Vignette, Film Noise, Blur, and Color Harmony tools to recreate this effect on your own photos in Luminar NEO.

Love it. However - I would apply the film grain last. Your blur tool effected the film grain effect.
