I'm an Italian teacher of English and for years (unfortunately many years now) I've tried to explain verb tenses as a way to refer to time from an individual perspective. But none of my attempts was as clear, concrete, simple and effective as your explanation. All my best compliments (for what they're worth).

I found out this channel for about a week ago and thanks to Cristian I confirmed my mindset mistakes in learning. Why do really so many people stick to the belief that learning English or other languages is about sitting and reading, writting or revising some words? I think the reason is that one very solid steriotipe has been existing form the past when we had to study without so many modern sources like internet and other modern communications and we were forced to use books and other nerrow sources. I'm lucky to find this channel and realized that learning process can and should be fun. I made me looked at learning process from the other prospective and it's getting more interesting and fascinating. Greetings from Russia for anybody!!! sorry for my mistakes.

I love when you start talking, when you tell us anecdotes, you have a so structured talk, it's like talking to a music composer, just use the right words because you understood that we need to listen and enjoy the lessons More anecdotes, special things about you , your city ... You can be sure, we will love it.

An absolutely true speech! Use IT accordingly the purpose! Thanks Christian. I can tell you how frustrating is to be a positive and a great communicator in your own language and what dark depression can create that fear of making errors clothing the need of communication. Present simple tense -- to talk about fact or information that is always true and to talk about habits or repeated actions. Also, we can use the present simple when we want to make our story exciting and lively.
Past simple tense -- to talk about an action that finished in the past.
Present perfect tense-- to talk about the situation that happened in the past and continues in the present. This tense is linked between the past and the present.
Past perfect tense-- this tense will be used with the past simple in order to talk about which situation happened before another in the past. For example, When I arrived at the party, Bob had gone home.
Bob had gone home -- it happened first. When I arrived at the party- it is the second event or more recent event. I had watched Canguro English before I went to bed.
