It’s kinda more of a 4-3-3 with the wing half’s like LB and RB in football and then the left inner and right inner are like CM/CAM in football wing half’s don’t generally go into the final third area and inners are considered midfielders who help in build up
That would depend on wither you are playing offense or defense and the make up of your team. where you only have right handed sticks it would be easier for someone to be on the right side on offense and the left side on defense however you may want to have your stronger players on the opposite as they will be able to better r handle the ball through traffic.

11 v 11 or 11 on 11 works. They are used interchangeably.
