Thank you, Cherie. Christmas was good, even had some Buckwheat tea at a Korean restaurant with the family. Surprisingly the tea was very good. Happy and Healthy New Year to you and your family. Tom
Don't know the name, but it's a great looking tree... Loads of potential development.... I see a nice canopy being developed from it.,. Best of luck getting the name of it, and if not, we'll just enjoy your work on it 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you, Banner. I gave 3 could be's on my video I just did about Grandpa. Still trying to get a handle on it. Stay well and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea tonight while you relax with the family. Tom
Yes the weather helps me to stay indoors and get some work done. Especially the rainy weather also. I hope you are doing well and I really enjoyed your last video. Stay well, Cherie, and enjoy a relaxing evening with a cup of tea. Tom
Just call me, Tom, Dave. It will be a tricky find for me for the name. I am doing my research though. Bonsai Acres. Superb!!! Have a great trip and bring your coffee and tea along to keep the chill out of the bones. I like when you show bonsai acres. Always reminds me of my aunt and uncle up in the U.P. of Michigan when they were alive. Learning how to gut the deer and then with my aunt and uncle and cousins cutting up the meat for winter. Memories. Have a fun. Tom
Good morning Mr. Tom...Is it maybe an Azalea? Plant identification is not one of my strong points but perseverance is...That's an interesting pot...Hope someone can better help you to identify your tree...Thanks for sharing...
Thank you for trying, Nathan. It is not an azalea. I have not had luck with them to overwinter them. Have not tried one for over a year. I.D. is going to be a long research for me so I have to study leaves to see just exactly what it could be. Not giving up. Sunday will be my research day. Stay well and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea tonight. Tom
Thank you, James. I have to do more research on this one to see what I can find out. Hopefully spring growth after its haircut will prove a bit more valuable so I can find out what it is. Snow melting and sloppy and raining, that is winter. Still raining, but at least it is not that heavy wet snow. Have a nice relaxing Sunday and enjoy a cup of tea. Tom
Not a Honeysuckle. I searched my brain and phots and now I know what it is. I will post tomorrow. Thank you for your insight as to what it is, Kriywan. Tom
Google thinks it's a Nato tree or a Brazil Cherry. Sorry... Could it be a bay leaf? We will have to look at your past videos to see what it is! Need to get your Holmes hat on! Haha!
None of the above, Marysol. I just did a video this evening showing what it could be from what I tried. I really do need my Holmes hat on to search what it is. Stay well and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea tonight. Tom
Cozy night trimming bonsai, candle light and nice atmosphere! Hope you had a great Christmas, Tom! Happy New Year 2025 to you!

Not a flower, Dave. That is the new leaf growth. I will post what it is tomorrow. I had to rack my brains and photos. Tom
Cold weather made the basement work more busy for the year🎉🎉
