That is so nice. This past month my kid had open heart surgery and we stayed in the RM house. They have a welcoming environment and so many families stay there. It will definitely bring smiles to kids and parents and make there day much better.
God bless your child! So glad he or she could have such a delicate surgery successfully!

I LOVE all the ornaments you made!! Also would like to add that the RMCH holds a huge part in my heart!! In 2018 my then 7yr old son was in a bad car accident & was in the Children’s Hospital in my state (MS) for a very long time! The RMCH allowed my husband & I stay while my son was in the PICU. No one was allowed to stay at the hospital while he was in there for 2 weeks on life support! So when he was able to moved to a room then we got to stay with him in there! The foundation is amazing, also the Children’s Hospital because they SAVED my son’s life! We make numerous donations to both foundations all the time!!

So sorry to hear what your son went through but it's great RMCH helped y'all.
Thank you all❤️ He’s doing a lot better, but still has his difficult times & Will have some struggles from now on mainly because he has a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury)! He’s a strong fighter & will never let it slow him down🙏

Maybe I can get my husband to make some with me. He absolutely loves the Ronald McDonald House. Our niece had heart surgery when she was 3 months old and they were absolutely amazing to my in laws. My niece is now almost ten and my in laws still talk about how grateful they are. 💖💖💖

Yes, that's what I was thinking - spray varnish, comes in either matte or glossy, I believe.

They are all so cute.. How easy and cute were the little ice cream cones at the end, I think I could even do that.. My friends son had brain cancer and they had to move from here (Oregon) all the way to Tennessee and they took such wonderful care of not only there son but, the entire family.. Im going to try to get some things and get the kid's n see what we can come up with.. Thank you for this video and for being so so kind.. ❤️

I love these! Just a suggestion, you can use real candy sprinkles and they’re cheaper than faux sprinkles. Just need to be sealed too.

Ronald McDonald house took care of me while my son was fighting for his life. It will be 32yrs in Nov. So I'm excited about donating ornaments for the families in their trying times. Also the donut ornaments could be lifesavers 😊

I used to work at a resort in Orlando & each department would create a themed tree with ornaments to donate to this organization. Our resort guests would vote on their favorites before they were donated. It was so fun! I made a unicorn tree & was a top winner. It’s a great organization to support children in the hospital during Christmas! ❤
I hope I can find some of those clear lightbulb ornaments. My first thought was to buy some stained glass paint to paint on the outside (or even maybe use alcohol ink inside) and put string lights in the hole to hang outside on some of my larger trees.

I would put the ornaments on a stick/dowl like a paper towel holder to spray paint them. No need to flip them over and they would dry pretty evenly.

I think it would be easier to put a dowel or a small stick inside of the hole to hold it still while painting it

Those sprinkles and I think they're called fimo can be found where you get the findings for jewelry making I don't understand why they would be in that area of Hobby Lobby but that's where you find them and you can increase your stash that way there are so many to choose from! Great share great cause!
