She moved to Canada. She considers herself English/Canadian. She moved to the US after Porky's.
But she doesn't have a Liverpudlian/English accent.
She was born in the UK and partially grew up there, and her parents are obviously English with English accents, so it’s not all “fake”. Many people with similar upbringing sometimes spontaneously shift their accent depending on the people surrounding them, particularly with family.
