Background: I’m a 71 year old father And grandfather. Truth: The three of you give me hope for the future in this age of “nothing is right and God is dead”. It is a joy just hearing your kindness and honesty. My wife and I are looking forward to your Christmas show and once Co-vid is gone I’d love to visit Branson, see your show and fish in beautiful Table Rock Lake. God Bless!
You are an amazingly talented all American family. Praise the Lord! I'm a Catholic from Sri Lanka. Over the years, I had seen a totally different side of the USA through Hollywood and mass media. You guys showed me a more beautiful and meaningful way of life rich in good values. You all set a good example to most of us living in the Eastern world who blindly follow celebrity life styles. Keep up your quality work! God bless you all!
I just came across your UA-cam channel! Wow!Amazing! Each of you have amazing voices and are very talented! I don’t know how I had not seen your videos before. Keep up the marvelous music. God has blessed each of you with a talent. Keep Him first!
WOW you guys are so grounded and level headed. Such a great answer to how your parents raised you and weren't afraid to punish you, call you out (to this day), not trying to be your friend but your parent => guiding you to be the people you can become. And Katie, such humility saying flat out Emmett is in a different league, but you guys are trying to improve and keep up. I'm blown away by "y'alls" maturity. God bless you guys and Merry Christmas !!
Thank you guys for warming our hearts with your music. You're so good you should try your own version of Nina's Simone "Feeling good". A Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to y"all from Colombia South America. Congrats!
Well sad face ..we missed the live ..but enjoying the recording. As always a wonderful live sharing with your fans. Thank you so much. Received our signed Christmas CD and of course it has been playing constantly ..Merry Christmas, Peace and Good will for all from DownUnder!
I would like to see a documentary type video of your family on the process of preparing a song to sing. How do you decide who plays which part? What do your practice sessions look like? Basically just show us how a song is born from start to finish.
I'm in the middle of a non-stop Peterson Stream concert... I can't do the Patron thing, but I can play, like & watch those ad's. I also agree 101% with Aarons kids on my equally favorite Christmas music! My wife gives me crap for still playing the Christmas Album in February!
Just found you guys a few days ago and have been binge watching your videos. Now I can't wait til I can head across the state from St Charles down to Branson to see your show in person. And watching this and seeing that you all just seem like pleasant and sweet young Christian ladies endears y'all to me even more. I've worked in radio for years; programmed stations in rock and country. Its just too bad there isn't a place on the radio really for your type of music. Thank God for UA-cam... where all the good music is. Have a blessed Christmas!
Greetings from Nuremberg, Germany! I've been following your channel for about 3 years now and it's been such a joy to see your following grow so fast, and the amount of new cool videos you have been posting!
You guys really deserve a good soundman when you are at bigger venues. One who knows your songs, set list and solo placement in each song. I love your traditional 1 mic approach. Your sound is flawless in that approach. Love you guys.
I seen them in Branson and love how they sound at that show. And I love doing sound and would love to do it as a way to make a living also with having an recording studio too. It would be wonderful to go full time with a band like the Petersens.
Sweden is waiting for the time for your safe tripp over. I belive we live all thru this year and a Happy - year is coming soon. And we all go to Grenna Oldtime and Bluegrass Festival in August (third saturday). Best wish to you from Ove.
First, let me say that I LOVE your group...which is a surprise to me! I have enjoyed a bit of your selections. So glad I discovered you all! I must say, however, that I prefer "Bluegrass" to "Country"...since I grew up with "country" resounding on the radio (Radio WWVA 50KW - The "friendly voice from out of the hills in Wheeling, W.Va! - was the mantra way back when). But, I got tired of "country" after a very short while. Living in a valley between two high hills, one couldn't receive many AM stations "way back when"...so we got a LOT of "country". I just turned off the radio...grins. I do prefer Choral music, and occasionally your group...depending upon whatever the selection happens to be (e.g. "John Denver's "Take me Home, Country Roads"). I'm one not much for "plain old Hymns" even though I grew up singing them...I so prefer Bach Cantatas...and Handel, Frescobaldi, Gabrielli, Albinoni. and a few other composers of the baroque period...sorry...just my own heritage and experience speaking... And YES, I have played several instruments over the years...Piano, Pipe Organ, Git-box (grins), clarinet, trumpet...but my own instrument of choice is the human choral voice...I have sung in Concert Choirs - now years past...sighs...and miss it so much!
Hi from UK! Just discovered the Peterson band and been watching your UA-cam concerts. Can’t tell you how much joy it brings to see a family playing music together. Love your Mum on the bass, and Emmett on the horizontal guitar thing. What a great addition. Is the other handsome guy your brother?! The bluegrass style so catchy. We don’t have anything like this in the UK. You make the USA cool.
Glad to hear that Julianne is reading G.K. Chesteton. I first read Orthodoxy three decades ago, when I was around her age. It is important for young people to be able to make an intellectual defense of their faith, given the increasingly explicit anti-Christian tone of so much in our national culture, especially in the schools. Thank you to all the Petersens for the light they have brought into these dark times. So glad I found your music!
Hello, Petersens. I would just like to send you a thank you message. I live in Worcestershire, U.K. I suffer from bipolar depression, which is tough to cope with as I live alone. 2020 has been a very tough year. I used to support you financially but I had to stop. Brexit has been very tough from me. I often fall out with people over politics. Yesterday, Christmas Eve, saw a card drop through the door. It was a from all of you. A hand written envelope, too! I can’t tell you what it meant! I love your music. Music and humour are my lifelines. I play the guitar every day. I am not particularly religious but you really have something special and you make me think! Perhaps you often wonder what happens to the cards you send. Are they discarded? (No pun intended!!) Merry Christmas to the Petersens from Oregon! I'll turn 70 in 4 short months and I very much enjoy such beautiful music sung by such lovely young ladies.
I really love your music. It's a nice natural tone of acoustic instruments and I think I'm the biggest fan of your christian music. As a fellow violinist/fiddlist, I love the way that the strings are included. Keep on playing!
I love to watch people make music and you all give me such joy doing that very thing. My hope is to one day be able to visit Branson and see a live show.
I loved the songs you did with Ger O'Donnell, The Fox and Sitting on Top of the World. What are the chances you could ever put them in MP3 format. I would love to purchase those if you all and Ger would be ok with it!

Hello - love your music! Can I buy an online ticket today to watch your Christmas show but not view it until tomorrow? I would like to watch it with my elderly father on Christmas Day. He is not well but enjoyed a few of your songs a few days ago. Thanks - Kathy B.
I’m SOOOOO sad I always miss your little chat events gang because here in California they air in the middle of my work day 😞. Happy Holidays sweet Petersens, I plan to watch your concert on Sunday! I LOVE my Christmas card ya’ll, THANK YOU!! Love you much! Be joyful & HAPPY! 🙏🏻🌺♥️👍
What a treat in the days before Christmas! It's like having a chat with distant family members. You all are adorable. Always keep the spirit up and enjoy every moment in your lives, even when they seem not enjoyable at the very moment. I wish all of you, including Emmet and all your extended families and friends a warm, lovely and peaceful Christmas season.
NOOOOOOOOO I was late! 😱 But...but I had a list of questions 😣 anyway, greetings from Serbia, keep doing a great job 😋 Stay safe and keep smile folks 🤗
Good evening, it's very hot (30ºC) here (Brazil-São Paulo) and it rains a lot. Is there a lot of snow in Branson? Merry Christmas and New Year, Petersens!
Just joined your Patreon with the whole year model! You guys are all so loving, it sounds bad but I never want to meet you because that angelic image will probably get smashed. Especially with Matt, no way on earth is he angelic lol - I'll just let him keep looking that way 🤣 Thumbs up on a nice video 👍
Merry Christmas young ladies! Gotta agree with you about coffee, don’t know what I’d do without mine. I love the Waffle House as well. We don’t have them in Mi, but when I visit my sister in Georgia it’s the 1st place we go. I’d like to thank your family for their military service, as my dad was a veteran as well. And I think it’s wonderful that you have a great adult relationship with your folks. Love your music and I can’t wait for your latest endeavor. May God bless you and shine upon your family as we enter 2021
oh man I'm late.. glad to hear you and see you :) pretty cool you are taking the time to chat with people. Thanks for those great videos you're amazing.

You guys are so wonderful. I love it when I get to see you again. Love you!!!! Merry Christmas!!!!!
I wish the Petersens times of grace and blessings. I like how you sing oh come, oh come Emmanuel.
Yes, their brother Matt :) www.petersenband.com/bandbios/
I love your Christmas album. The last track All Glory Be to Christ is my favorite!
Julianne has the most adorable smile.
Thanks for doing this. Absolutely love watching you sibs just talking.
Thank you for the recommendation. I added G.K. Chesterton to my "to-read" list on Good Reads.
Matt is always the prankster it seems... Love you all God bless you and stay safe...
(No pun intended!!) Are they appreciated? Yours landed slap bang on my heart and for that I am grateful.
Just off to play the guitar in my local pub, sing carols and then have a socially distanced lunch.
Here’s a song for you, in Welsh.

Love Amarillo waffle house and hello from Texas
Merry Christmas young ladies! Gotta agree with you about coffee, don’t know what I’d do without mine. I love the Waffle House as well. We don’t have them in Mi, but when I visit my sister in Georgia it’s the 1st place we go. I’d like to thank your family for their military service, as my dad was a veteran as well. And I think it’s wonderful that you have a great adult relationship with your folks. Love your music and I can’t wait for your latest endeavor. May God bless you and shine upon your family as we enter 2021
Merry Christmas to you all. Lift our spirits again in 2021 please.
