I'm a 35 year old man and I'm telling you that I choke up when I listen to some songs that were out when I was younger. I was maybe 13 or 14 when this was released and it just takes me back to that time. Little innocent crushes, middle school, hanging out with friends when their were no cell phones or computers. That ain't true. There's alot of overweight and non-pretty women in the industry that can sing their ass off but never got any real shine. JLo, well we've all heard the stories and seen for ourselves. The music industry has always propped up people based off skintone and looks.
