i would really appreciate it if you keep testing the arc a750 or a770 with newer drivers and comparisons with old drivers to really see how intel is improving their software and performance over time it'll be really cool because it's the most exciting thing seeing intel a new competitor in the GPU market imo
I am using a 1660 Ryzen 3700x 32 gigs ram i havent found a game yet i can run on high or so. A friend told me for a old gpu this is a solid card and will likely last in current gen games for a while. Given my only incomes disability all for that. Its a EVGA regular 1660 we found on newegg after my 970 died and ugraded my 8350 and pc set up.
I have the same spec as yours but I get the gpu temp (about 80~85 celcius). My model is TUF Gaming gtx1660S OC. Is it that TUF model always get this temp when gaming?
Yes I also have standard model of 1660 non super ofc and i had the same temp as you when i got it brand new i had like 80 85c, i contacted asus, they said its normal, no worries.
I have a question I hope you can answer me: I have a 1080p monitor and I have the same CPU as yours, and my game settings are set as medium, I have the gpu driver up to date too, but for some reason my game runs at an average of 45fps :( could you possibly know why?
How are you getting 40 FPS at 4k with FSR? I play at 2560x1080 and even if I use FSR set to performance, I can't maintain 60 FPS no matter what and the game is a stuttery mess. Using a Ryzen 5 2600 and my temps are only ~68. I used to be able to run it at pretty high settings with 55 FPS but now the game just never runs well for me.
@@edwardbenchmarks I did some more testing and even if I set all of my settings to low, the game still dips down to the low 50's and even 40's for seemingly no reason out of nowhere, particularly in towns. Tried a handful of older drivers after DDUing, changing my refresh rate, resetting my GPU overclock, ensuring XMP is enabled for my RAM, disabling hyperthreading, tinkering with NVIDIA control panel settings and still nothing. CPU usage sits at about 85% while the GPU only reaches about 70 during these hefty frame dips. The engine must really hate my CPU or something since I had similar issues in GTA 5, which was caused due to a bug with LOD lights.
@@Ryan000-z2l Ryzen 5 2600. I think something must've been wrong with that build as I was getting pretty bad performance across the board in most games. I build a new PC with a Ryzen 5 7600 and RTX 4060Ti and everything performs as it should
Same bro I was playing on 1080p med-high custom with fsr quality i was getting 40-70 fps even though my cpu can't bottleneck ig to a 12400f instead my gpu should be bottlenecking which is not the case
In NVIDIA control panel se anisotropic filtering to x16. And in the game also. But first control panel since in the game that option is not working properly.
It isn't stupid question, i also didn't know. Hardware unboxed channel tested and make the best settings where you get maximum performance quality ratio.
Low graphics are better than some games today 💀
yeah fr
Gta trilogy remastered is still better than most mobile game

48 fps with ultra fhd isnt bad result as for radeon-like game

Check how much gpu usage you have at that moment

How are you keeping your temps so low? I constantly get 78c
Depending on which brand. i have one model from asus tuf it has 80c.
What do you use for the performance overlay? It looks a lot better than MSI Afterburner.
Its msi afterburner.
