Wolf Knights are the best enemy phase units in the game it can be difficult to enemy phase safely without Bonded Shield + Chain Guard mid-late game, but here is a build I recommend for Merrin. Give her Ike and inherit Speed +2/3 then Gentility. She likes all the stats Ike provides HP, STR, Def and then the built in Resolve and the Inherited Gentility will really add to her bulk and because she is naturally fast the little bit of extra speed lets her double most enemies, engrave a Silver Dagger with Byleth's Engrave as Daggers like to have a bit more crit on them to 1 round easier and the extra hit, avoid and dodge is perfect for a enemy phase bruiser, and with her good build the extra added weight from engrave won't effect her and then just over time upgrade the Silver Dagger to +3/+4 and it's the only weapon she will ever need, it's a low invest build too 1 Emblem, 1 Engrave and possibly 1 Adept Book compared to many other builds people suggest. Highly recommend.
Although I did not watch this stream, I just about cried laughing when I saw 3:43:36. That had me dying. Still haven't played any FE hacks, don't know how to set that stuff up.
Ivy will be the best person to enemy phase with a Bonded Shield up her weakness is her Hit and Dodge if she is getting Bonded Shielded dodge doesn't matter but Hit does. Give her her Speed +2/3 then Speedtaker so she doesn't get double when she is Bonded Shield she also likes all the stats Byleth provide Mag, SPD, LCK and as a flyer can get into good Dance positions, the Divine Pulse acts as a safety net for her and also as a way to Freeze/Silence scary bosses to nullify them for a turn. Give her a Bolganone with Lucina Engrave to make sure she hits and it adds some nice evasion too when she is looking to roam for Speedtaker procs she hits hard anyway so the -1 might it gives isn't an issue she will be a hard carry for the run. Late game I give her a Thoron with Celica engrave as there isn't much use for this engrave late game but it does let her enemy phase scary Thoron uses. It's a mostly low investment build too 1 Emblem, 2 Engraves (Celica Engrave not contested over) and possibly a Expert Book, many builds like the Lucina engrave though as it's one of the best in the game.
I have this disgusting head canon in how Bunet's personal skill works. First he eats it up, then he activates his skill (luck based) pukes it out and eats it again. Truly classy. Bunet's redeeming factor for me is his buttery voice from Ian Sinclair, (same VA as Berkut) but that does not come into play much with the japanese audio. And alas, he did not made it out of his debut chapter here anyway.

Which is essential for the mods to work in the game, so it's a requirement for the mods to work. - "Triabolical Code Mods" (also known as "My Code Mods: Quality of Life Mods") is the mod that instantly skip the dialogue, skip the arena battles, skip the tutorial, choose the RNG type, collects all resources in the Somniel by simply using the menu, and much more. - "Expanded Accessory Slots" is the mod that expands the types of accessories from just one to six. - "Battle outfits and more outfits" is the mod that allows you to have more outfit customization option for your units. This mod requires the "Expanded Accessory Slots" mod in order for it to load. - 60 FPS (no speed up)

If anyone else is having this problem and might be reading this, try making an extra folder for the mod and putting its contents in there instead of extracting Triabolical directly into the mod folder. Hey! I've installed the emulator, the game and all of the mods thanks to your comment, but do you know how to use the QoL features of Triabolical? I can't seem to find the same toggles that Mangs has in his options menu, and someone on the Nexus mods page seems to be having the same issue (without a response from the creator.) Do you happen to know how this works?

Maybe a still dagger could also work since Steel weapons have a bit of crit
