- So it turns out my videos on my plastic surgery experience were picked up by UniLad and VT.! I thought I'd do a fun video responding & reacting to some of the meanest comments. I also did want to say a quick (and very heartfelt) thank you to everyone who was supportive and accepting in the comments - you guys are beautiful and I appreciate each and every one of your comments ❤️

I am full East Asian and the height on your post-op nose is similar to mine. I've had no surgery on my nose. I've even been asked one time if I've had rhinoplasty. A (medium) high nose is not uncommon in East Asians... it just doesn't look as prominent as whites because we don't have deep sunken eyes.

People are just Jealous!!! I know its hard but f them! There are just hateful people out there bc theyre miserable or weren't raised right and have to take out their anger, frustrations on someone else. You look f ing amazing!
Here is the real comment you should be reading. As an influencer you need to realize that you are helping shape young minds. Please don't perpetuate the idea that plastic surgery is necessary for you to be happy. The fact that you claim that it is your choice, but you are also confirming that you were UNHAPPY with your previous face. Of course you're happy with your decision, I am approaching your philosophy on beauty. Standard of beauty are bullshit based on symmetry, they are tools that those in power circulate amongst young women to instill lack of confidence. Be the difference
I feel like it is foolish to just claim "I am happier" why don't you explain WHY you are happier. What about life is different after surgery. Are you admitting that people will treat you better if you look more "beautiful"?
i agree. she is beautiful now but i think she was also already beautiful before. i thought she looked confident and embraced her look.
we need more role models that will help children be comfortable with the way they look. if these role models all had high nose bridge then it would be the "standard" and obviously everyone else would want one also. not saying a role model has to be ugly, but someone who has natural looks- if you are black be black, if you have flat nose just have flat nose
but she did it for herself and i guess she is not trying to be a role model but what she is selling here is beauty and beauty products. and the cycle will just continue though she is not directly promoting plastic surgery- see one, do one, teach one
i hope she really is happier. i cant imagine someone undergoing a change only to later on regret it. all the best

Truth be told I was mainly upset about your surgery bc I had similar features which were not that common in Asian makeup UA-camrs and was like yayyy someone who looks like me and I can try out the looks and predict what it will look like on me! Not that you're a product, but if content was a product it would be like oh... my favorite makeup company stopped making foundation in my skin tone. 😭😭😭😭 I'm glad you're happy with your appearance bc love is desparately needed in these times. I'm also glad I am happy with mine as well. It taught me to explore makeup on my own and to stop "copying" others. I hope you continue to just be positive and spread kindness to others. I also hope no trolls will say I should get plastic surgery then bc I'm likely ugly. Either way...that's why I don't post a picture nor am I a vlogger 😅 thin skin and other focuses where my skin is helllllaaa thick. Peace, love and God bless ❤️
Exactly. I used to be able to relate to her before because of the similarities in our facial features. She was the beauty guru that I could relate to the most, been following her since way back.... A bit disappointed since she wasn’t ugly to begin with. But..... you do you hon.

Thank you for being accepting. I'm sorry my features have changed beyond what you can relate to, and I do hope you manage to find someone else with similar features creating makeup tutorials! @@emilyquak you 100% don't need to apologize for making decisions you are entitled to. I spent a lot of my life judging others when I had no idea what it was like to be them. I believe in a woman's right to choose in a lot of things and for me to think differently here is very hypocritical and something I had to reassess. It is not possible to make everyone happy...so you made yourself happy!

Your surgery is totally worth it, the change is subtle, but it did upgrade your appearance in a natural manner, you definitely look better now than before you’ve gotten the surgery done.
I definitely like the smaller face, and the double eyelid completely complements your features.
Haters are gonna be haters, especially those who are uninformed, or those who lives in their own fantasy land and thinks all the hot chicks they’re drooling over on insta are actually born that way.
it’s 2020, almost everyone who’s at least in their 20s have gotten Botox/lasers/fillers done.

I hate it when they said Asians try to look Europeans. I’ve been watching alot of Banobagi plastic surgery and two UA-camr had their noses/eyes done by Dr. Lee. But honestly, I like Dr. Noh’s work on you because your nose doesn’t look pinch at the end. Was it your own cartilage or was it silicone?
Your result looks fantastic! I also got my eyelid and my nose done and still has internal conflict inside with how i feel right now!

Thank you so much! I've done those jaw injections as well and it really depends on the size of your jawbone. Muscle size will reduce for sure, but bone size remains 😊
