Nice looking 3" quad, the replaceable arm update is nice but sure does take up a lot of room. More of a bando basher now!!!! 550mah 4-5 min 650mah 5-6 min is not bad for cruising. and no props in view a win!!! nice 3D prints as well, like the power cap holder, the 03 camera cable wrapped around the standoff hmmmmmm. Great flying and great review Albert!!!!
I got almost 6 minutes on the 660mah doing all those power loops.
That drone has a cool look ,like the way all arms are the same.. flying really smoothly great bando basher perhaps
This is a good design. Too bad other companies like iFlight don't make micro models anymore. The stuff from GEPRC is too fragile. Why isn't BETAFPV making anything other than whoops?

Great review of well thought out design. While the 2 inch build is definitely not a bando basher. This 3 inch build goes the extra mile to improve durability. 👍😎
I built the Ikon 2.5 with a 20X20 flywoo FC. And I was wishing it to be 3”. Now the created almost what I was looking for. Maybe to fit the flywoo FC would be necessary taller standoff
I think the arms are gonna get in the way, but good luck.

Do you prefer this Ikon 3 or the Ikon 2.5? I'm looking for a smaller / stealthier quad, but wondering what I'm missing out by picking the 2.5.
Both are really nice. The 3 inch has a little more power and flight time but that's about the only difference. You can't go wrong with either.

Definitely a great looking frame! I just wish you'd be able to somewhat fit a 20x20 stack rather than being stuck with an AIO. Also, I understand why they mounted the Air Unit in the middle (better center of gravity) but the back looks odd being so free lol I'd be curious how this flys compared to something like a quadmula
The back is there for the top plate since you have to use a battery.
@@AlbertKimTV it makes sense why its needed it just looks odd haha I guess more room is always a plus in case you want to add anything additional
do you have any idea if the connection/reconnection issue is fixed with the goggles 3 and o3 air unit?

hello, do you know what the difference between this quad and the Nexa 3 EVO PRO by AVIONRC is?
I think that older one is analog only but I have never tried that model.

No, the arm end shapes are different. But they should have STLs for the 3 up soon.

I like this one better for freestyle because of the better CG with the Air Unit over the FC. StingerBee still great for cruising and casual flying.
