I wish to thank you for sharing this awesome Historical video with me .
This mini-doc is so nicely made, gives me a real "afternoon watching History Channel" feeling. Can't wait to visit the park again sometime!
It is. Now where did they put these Trolly Cars? I would like to photograph them.

Cool video, thanks for posting
Excellent video - brought back memories of Palisades Amusement Park in NJ, across the river from New York. There are many stories of old trolley company amusement parks, but this video tells the history of all of them so beautifully. Thank you so much. Perhaps someome can build some track and restore some of the old cars, and use that as an attraction at the park.
Excellent idea & comment. Now where are these cars now?
Great videos bring back great memories of where I met my wife of 24 years. Thanks
A big part of my childhood since 2002 and the first job I ever had in the summers of 2018-2020. Canobie will always hold a special place in my heart.❤️
Excellent video, thanks for sharing! Craig
An absolute gem in the rough. What wonderful memories.
Worked there in the summers of 78 and 79 as engineer on the Canobie Express.Great place to work and I had way too much fun doing it.
Note how Mr Cummings says "car barn"... Caah Baahn! ;-) A nice little documentary with a few images I have never seen. I'd like to see more on the old steam engine they had. Also more vintage film footage!
Great job. Very interesting.
Narrated by the one, the only, Martin McCue. Classic.
I enjoy your work as well Craig
Very good! It is Mr. McCue. He does quite a bit of voice talent work for us.
excellent video, thank you
It hasn't sold out all that much. I still think it has much of it's original charm.
It was a labor of love.
Canobie management provided the 16mm film footage. The rest came from photographs and postcards.
If it hadn't been for the so called "New York Crowd" Canobie would have gone under. Messrs Berni, Ulaky and Captell saved Canobie. had they not Canobie would have fell into disrepair and would now be just more houses on the lake.
