Christian Jiang it’s not necessarily written badly, the person is just showing how they used to write the hiragana vs. how they write it now. What they’re doing is completely stylistic.
I’m Japanese and I was born and still live in Australia, my accent is Australian and all my friends are Australian. My parents are both Japanese and they tell me to learn Japanese too so I’m trying but it’s really hard. Thanks for this video! Now I can copy how to write properly and it’s good for me because I draw really good things and have pets that I have to take care of. I’m in grade 8 this year (2019)

I love your videos. You're amazing at your craft, a true master of calligraphy, and I don't mean any disrespect by saying this, but your す is just... You know? The circle should be a circle, not a potato... Also, I think the ひ looks WAY prettier when it's round instead of pointy.

BellaRose wrong. He explains how hiragana got written before and how they got written after. That's what he said all the time. ビフォアー and アフター (before and after). Both writing systems are correct tho.

@@MinishMilly This is absolutely not true. He is showing improved, more appropriate ways of writing Hiragana. He doesn't mean before and after in a temporal sense. 「この感じでちょっと書いてみましたが...」 "I've seen it written this way, however..."
@@MinishMilly u still can write different than him. there are multiple ways to write kata and hira in caligraphy except chinese you cant (only same meaning but different wors written)

Dick Faggotson I think you can also understand without eng subtitles bc he draws the major differences with the red pen and so you get what is wrong/different. I got pretty much everything of what he said just bc of the lil illustrations/marks and I don‘t understand japanese ^^
