Woven Triangles Technique Friendship Bracelet

Hi and welcome to Pattern and Craft!
This is a quick little tutorial for a woven bracelet with a triangle motif design. I got a lot of questions about it, so made this quick tutorial for IGTV and thought I should go ahead and share it here as well, but that's why its vertical format, sorry! I love the bracelet! But I can’t see how you are making the knots at the end and I don’t know what forward backward knots are or how to make them. Also the camera is it close enough to see how you’re doing it

I just cannot get the tension I need to do this. Any other suggestioms? Can this be done as a alpha, I wonder?

So this is probably gonna sound super dumb but how on earth do I get the base strings to not show up? They're not visible on your bracelets but they are when I try making one. You know how in paper weaving you're always seeing both vertical and horizontal pieces of papers? How does one make the vertical strings not visible in this haha

I know what you mean- the base strings need to be far enough apart and tight tension and you need to push the weft thread you are weaving with up ti cover the base strings. Like tapestry weaving rather than plain weave, if you are a weaver and familiar with that?
