Top tier skill yes, no doubt. He’s obviously selected this character for an advantage. Sure he’s counterable but he also has insane power and his hit boxes are insane. Especially power geiser.
DI+Terry is a heavyweight. He will usually die at like 150% fs, and Olimar cant kill so it's even harder for the olimar to take stocks from terry than vice versa.
GO attacks are full of ending lag and highly dangerous, so riddles had to play carefully cuz Olimar can immediately punish and kill him for missing a GO
