I'm not a strat person, but a Classic Vibe I once borrowed from a colleague was so much nicer than a 90s Fender strat I used to own back in the day.

Know what? I used to be "not a strat person" myself years ago and then I bit the bullet, got my green Strat plus in a trade and it's remained one of my favourite guitars of all time. A good strat is a damn good guitar!
